So got my end of the year offer from Wynn a couple of weeks ago (pic). Was verified by my host there on my last trip out. Have known my host there for six years - have had lunch with him (meh), etc. For whatever reason we still communicate back / forth via email. He has ALWAYS been very responsive - always getting a reply back to me within a couple of hours - a day at the most. Tried to book this offer in the usual way - left an email; then a second... Then tried to call him directly - left VM; then another. No response. Then called his assistant directly - went to VM; no response... This over a week span. Trip is now under 3 weeks away; I'm def getting the cold shoulder... Curious how you all would handle this. The offer must be booked with a host. It is a lot of FreeCredit - I get that. Comments? Suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?
