I know most people don't care, but when we were booking our room and asked for chairs at the Wynn European pool, were notified that the European pool was to be used as an overflow pool area, and topless sunbathing was not currently permitted.
We like the European pool better than the regular pool, because of the chair layout, but they made it sound that they would seat you at the regular pool until it was filled.
We decided to possibly book later in the summer, based on this, because we spend most daylight hours enjoying the pool.

All Vegas pools should be topless IMO....it'd keep the kids at home:poke::D They closed the Encore Euro pool to topless a few years ago...something to do with security cameras they had to install to keep an eye on the kiddies at night when XS has their swim night.:rolleyes2:

Moorea is the best Euro pool in Vegas. I thought the Wynn’s Euro vibe was lame. Only good thing was the craps table within walking distance.
