    Reasonable but I guess it depends on how often you go to Vegas. I don't go that often so I don't really have plans on redeeming rooms very often. I'll just empty my gem balance on one trip and redeem as much as possible.

    While I agree with @ams722 about the cost of the buffet in relation to the cost of rooms, I will be adopting the same method as @VegasJuan. I’m not a frequent Vegas visitor (lucky if I can make it yearly) so I plan to use as many gems as possible during my next visit.

    I have over 15k gems currently so enough to get 4 nights plus have some remaining for buffets. If I can make it work, I may have to try obtaining an extra night or two stay after the first reservation is completed. With the max cap of 25k gems and my limited trips to Vegas, it makes sense for me to diminish my gem count to as close to 0 as possible. Although it takes 25 million to obtain a single gem at my current level, I still accumulate several hundred gems per week. This only makes sense to use all the gems I can and have them replenished for the next year’s trip. If I frequented the city more then I may adopt a different attitude towards gem usage.

    The price is a little higher than I'd expect relative to the price of rooms, but not outrageous. But it's nice that there seems to be almost no restrict on date or time, and decent flexibility with respect to # of people (it's easy to purchase for either one or two people).
    So my initial reaction is moderately positive.

    Been waiting months to book for our next trip. Just updated and the buffets are blacked out from 20th - 27th December - our trip is 20th - 28th! Wounded! Would book for the 28th but don't think the buffet will sit well on a 10 hour flight :( Just hope that they refresh like the MyVegas rewards.

    Yeah I go 6-8 times a year so comped rooms are much more valuable to me than buffets (especially at a property as nice as the Wynn). YMMV!

    So interesting, today my best friend was able to get the buffet but when I tried a little later it said “coming soon”, anyone know about how this works? We are gonna be there the same time and wanted to do the buffet together

    It’s possible the buffet is closed this week. A lot of casinos close their buffets for a week or two every year to refurbish, often around this time.

    I think those dates are taken rather than blackout. This morning 12/19-12/20 were still available, but no longer.

    The Wynn buffet doesn’t close for those dates.
    High volume during holidays.

    Sweet! Just in time. I am headed there this weekend and staying at the Wynn for 3 nights from their app. Now I can try their buffet too! You gotta like free!

    So I’ve booked a free seven night stay next year. Four nights on my account and three on my girlfriends account. So now I suppose in theory I can book me and her for one buffet on my account and one for her and me on her account? Think that would work even though we are two people we actually technically only have one room?

    Also bit annoying you have to choose a date (although good you can book far out etc) but wondering what to do - is there a 25% cancellation fee still if I cancel it to move it? Also does anyone think there is a low finite limit on these? Eg will we start seeing lots of dates begin to blackout once ten people have bought a specific date etc? And what buffet is this for - is it redeemable for breakfast lunch or dinner?

    Overall I think the price is pretty fair.

    Just realised the calendar only goes until May 2020 (which is weird because room calendar goes further and would expect to be the same) and my stay isn’t until June. So I guess it’s back to waiting months for me to see if the offer still exists and if the price creeps up etc :-(

    Another thing I note (without wishing to hog the thread) is at level one I’m entitled to book two vouchers per month. Anyone have experience yet what that specifically means. For example, if I book for me and one other person is that one voucher or two? And when it says per month, does it mean if I can book two buffets for June, or does it mean I can book two buffets for June THIS month, two more NEXT month etc? Where are people finding the terms and conditions for stuff like this and cancellation fees etc?

    I just made my buffet reservation. The buffet reward is good for brunch or dinner.

    I haven’t booked a buffet yet, but I would presume that:
    1) The voucher is for each meal - so two vouchers per month is a two meals booked whether it be two single meals or a meal for you and a guest;
    2) You are only able to book two vouchers during a given calendar month through the app. If you book two for June, then you need to wait until July before using two more vouchers;
    3) The disclaimer said there was no cancellation fee, but I’m sure that is subject to change.

    Please use caution as this is my thinking on the matter and in no way actual terms.

    i can't believe thanksgiving isn't blacked out. it's already insanely crowded on thanksgiving without the free buffets.

    they're pretty generous to be charging a flat 1200 gems for all dates. i'm sure dynamic pricing will come in the future.. enjoy it while it lasts!!

    Does Wynn Buffett have a VIP line that you can purchase a ticket to skip ahead if I dont have a player's card yet? Depending how much it is I might purchase it if there is a substantial wait.

    I believe the VIP line is an additional $10 or $20 per person last time I went and it includes a free alcoholic drink
