Speaking of the Slots App, does anyone remember how many coins it was to redeem a buffet? I was thinking it was around 1,600 for some reason. I got my money's worth last year with four nights at Encore, so I'm no longer interested in playing the game for nights at the resort, but I have ~1400 coins remaining and would certainly continue playing the game for free food :feedme:

Pretty sure it was 1200 per person, and you could buy for 2ppl at once.

Oh man I hope you're spot on here. Would require absolute minimum effort on my part, given I'm over 1,200 already.

If you haven’t played for a while you need to be at least level 1 to get the buffet comp. Not sure how many crowns you need to earn to get level 1. I’m hopeful that add the reward back so I can get some value for all the time I’ve put in playing.

Yes, you should be able to get to Level 1—2500 crowns—with zero dollars in if you play regularly and take advantage of holiday scratchers.

One of the peeps I follow on Twitter posted this morning that the Wynn Buffet will open on Thursday ( according to KTNV in Las Vegas ).
Not sure if that will correspond to the Wynn Slots app opening up for us to book before the July 8th deadline.

Here's to crossing fingers and toes :feedme: ...

Looks like the buffet opened up today. The app still doesn't allow you to select the buffet reward because of "COVID-19" so I guess we will see.

It was 1200 per person before the shutdown. What it is after is unknown atm.

Has anyone heard about redeem rewards for buffet through the Wynn Slots app?
I read an article that Wynn is going to reopen their buffet but the redeem rewards for buffet hasn't changed it at all.
I've emailed them but they just said they were working on it.
    I'm really curious.

Since the buffet reopened it requires reservations and it sounds like the reservations have all been booked for the first few days. I'm sure they won't be offering comp buffets until the demand dies down or other buffets open back up. Keep those fingers crossed!!!

They could open it up on the app and say that we can only book XX number of weeks in advance. I'm guessing that they will open it up AFTER
July 7th when most of us have our status level drop to zero.

Given that we're in town July 7-10, I'm guessing they open it up for app purchase on July 11.

I'm guessing they'll wait until we all lose our status too. This app certainly is better known for screwing the players rather than benefiting them (unless they can charge for it!). I sent them an email about being able to rebook buffets that had been cancelled because of COVID 19. I was hoping they would say you could rebook them at a later date regardless of status. They just sent me the canned response that they weren't rebooking anything yet.

I don’t think they are deliberately waiting until people’s status expires. I’m sure not being able to offer buffet comps will cost them a lot of money when that time to renew status comes around.

I’m pretty doubtful they will be able to offer buffet comps at all while the buffet it in its current format. And I think there’s a good chance the buffet stays in this format until a vaccine is available. So I wouldn’t plan on buffet comps coming back in the next 6 months.
