I loved the new Sterling Brunch. So much better than the old one. Next would be Buddy V's Sunday brunch, the Jazz brunch, Veranda, Bacchanal, Wynn, Beligio, Parris for breakfast. I have not tried the wicked spoon the buffet at SLS or the M. The rest are not worth eating at.

When was this? The Palms was bad years ago but not any more. Admittedly, their dessert selection is slim, but their other food is delicious.

I knew someone would mention Circus Circus in the "worst" category and am frankly, surprised more haven't agreed. I will say this for them though... and please keep in mind this is a coming from a 56 yo adult who would be happy eating from the kids menu in many places...CC has mastered the sticky, gooey, over-cooked macaroni and cheese that is a featured item on all cheap buffets. A couple globs, yes globs of that on my plate and I'm a happy fella!!!

The last time I've been to Their buffet was almost a decade ago! And I still remember how terrible it was. (Family used to always book circus circus so that they can just throw us cash and leave us upstairs while they gamble all day. What great parents I have -_-). I've eaten their buffet enough to know their quality of food isn't anywhere close to my local buffets back home. Definitely not a wide selection of food either. At first glance it may seem so.. But they're actually just repeats from the other end. And.. Their food is never consistent! One day it'll be super bland the next day it's extremely salty.

I have no comment to their mac n cheese as I do not like anything with cheese =\ .. I'll take your word on it! Oh and if someone ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza I'll just peel off the top layer (hate pepperoni too) and have my pizza with just the marina sauce lol.

Just had the wicked spoon buffet at the cosmo. Best money every spent on a buffet even though it is pricey ($58 for a couple on a thursday morning). Not a big buffet person at all but will go back each time we go to Vegas.
Had the MSS buffet a few years back it was cheap, good and a huge selection.

Don't really have a bad buffet experience in recent years so not worth mentioning. However about 11 years ago we ate at the Sahara buffet it had frozen pizza and some other scary stuff that looked like the part in Vegas Vacation with the scary buffet.

I've had Wicked Spoon lunch when Cosmo forst opened. I was not impressed. Pho was actually good the first time I went to Vegas back in 09. But the following year it was horrible. Mirage is actually pretty good. Red Rock we love. Consistent, good food and cheap. Wynn disappointed us when we went 2 years ago. One of the most expensive back then and it wasn't worth it.
    Pho
    Golden Nugget
    Belaggio
    Wynn
    Red Rock
    Mirage
    Cosmo
Those are the only buffets I have ever tasted in Vegas. We hit Red Rock everytime we get to Vegas as one of our first things to do before check in.

Everyone raves about the Main Street Station buffet. Our first trip to Vegas we had to hit it. Remember that buffet in Vegas Vacation that Cousin Eddie took Clark too? It was exactly like. Nothing but trays of slop, the only thing that had some consistency to it was the brisket and it was quite good. The table next to us was a family of 4 that were inhaling their food like a shop vac since the buffet closed in 30 minutes to switch over to dinner. It was entertaining and disgusting at the same time watching them feed at their trough LOL

2nd worst was the MGM Grand buffet. It's pretty bad when you can walk around a buffet lineup 2-3 times trying to figure out what looks good. That was my biggest disappointment in Vegas.

Best I've been to was the Wynn. Bachannal was good but the 2 times I've been I've seen it's slipped some in quality, hopefully it was just a bad night the 2nd time?

Bellagio was really good a few years ago, now it's just ok, on par with the Aria buffet. I'd heard mixed reviews about Aria but found it to be decent.

Last July, wife and I ate at the Mandalay Bay brunch and were really underwhelmed. In February my brother and I went and I was amazed at how much better it had gotten.

So far the BEST bang for the buck that we've eaten at is the Red Rock Casino buffet. If you're staying there you get a line pass and for the price you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the area to eat at for the money and get the same quality. We've stayed there several times before and the line was a mile long and we didn't know that hotel guests get a line pass LOL D'oh!

I agree that Main Street Station is overrated. A lot of variety but it doesn't taste very good.

I keep hearing about the M being one of the best. I've never been there ever. I think I may stop by on my way into Vegas in December.

The absolutely WORST buffet I have ever seen ?.........SAHARA
( "seen" is the key word.....it was so bad i don't think I ate any slop in the trays )
I still have a nightmarish vision from 20 yrs ago - of the pork chop tray !
Some stuff, I didn't even know what it was suppose to be ?
    *
    Best ?
going back to when it started......Bellagio + SPICE MARKET
    *
RED ROCK w/ a newspaper coupon, was OUTSTANDING for the buck !
MSS is okay........used to be better.

Best: M seafood night Buffet at $40 plus Orleans seafood night at $20 plus M has more selection (but longer lines) for money and a crab legs fix Orleans is better value. Caesers Buffet has gotten too high for the list now, for their price I prefer a nice steakhouse

Worse: Texas station, they didn't even have chili (texas theme and NO chili?) rest junk run of mill food

    red rock
    paris
    wynn
    ph
    harrahs.
the i wynn is rated so low because of lack of choice not quality -its been about 6 years since my last visit an was totally underwhelmed by the lack of choices for someone who does not like sea-food.:wink2::beer:

Best = Wicked Spoon @ Cosmo, brunch or dinner
Worst = I'm too afraid to go to one that may even have a chance at being the worst

Lifetime achievement award = Bellagio, but I think they've slipped in the past few years
