Hey guys, I've been trying to reason this but haven't come up with anything yet. I've had mulitple trips to vegas over the past 18 months with 3 stays at Aria, 3 at the Cosmo and 1 at Mandalay Bay. With my Winter Mlife offer I can get free rooms everywhere by Aria, but thats not the funny thing. My Mirage offer is MUCH better than anywhere else being 2 free night anytime, 2 free tickets to Love, KA or believe AND $200 F&B. I don't know if I've ever played more than an hour at the Mirage. I'm not offered F&B or free tickets at any other casino (even their lower level spots). Is this Mlife trying to push me to that hotel? I'll hang up and listen!
Winter offers? Heck, I think I have a pretty good theo and get suite offers and $500-$1000 FP often. The only summer to early fall offer expired in October, and it said 'TEST'. Going in Nov, luckily I called they offered me basically the same thing.
Not sure why you included Cosmo as a part of the list of hotels you stayed at as they are NOT apart of MGM properties. Is the Mirage an individual property offer or a corporate offer?
I included Cosmo to point out that not all of my play goes to MGM properites and to reinforce that I usually only stay in the "nicer" of the Vegas casinos (only way I can get the wife to let us go!) It's a Mlife corporate offer.
There is never any reasoning as far as I can tell haha. Seriously it all seems completely random to me... maybe it's not, but I'll not gamble at all somewhere and they send me stuff, and spend all my time gambling somewhere else and they don't even send me a discount. Maybe, they just want you to come try Mirage? Seems like a great deal to me, and Mirage is a nice place! I don't think thats the "winter" offer though. Also November is a slow month, usually many deals to be had.
Yeah, my "Mlife" offer still shows Fall. However, My MGM Grand specific offer has changed from Fall to Winter offer...
I play mostly Caesars Properties these days, but I stopped into Mirage in January to get a MyVegas Buffet, and I stayed to play slots for about an hour. I have been getting monthly offers since for one or two nights at Mirage; some with free play. I have some other minimal play from staying at MGM over the summer, but they are still giving me three nights with free play.
Taking, don't have anything helpful to add but I have a similar situation to you. Have stayed at Aria almost exclusively with Mlife, with one Bellagio stay in February 2012. Used to get Aria offers in addition to the corporate offer but the only property-specific one I have is MGM. I wonder if they're trying to steer me to MGM. Have only played there for an hour or so before my visits to L'Atelier.
