If Mt. Airy opens up, you gotta believe Rivers or Parx will be close behind. Competition is a wonderful thing, makes us better.

Hopefully parx because it falls outside of Philadelphia city limits. Rivers is probably different because inside of Philadelphia city limits is the toughest restrictions in PA.

The simple fact is that whoever opens up first in philly or AC will be mobbed. That’s what is kind of shocking. Even if you are breaking even on poker, who wouldn’t want a packed poker room filled with people that will eat, drink, gamble in the casino or book a room for the night with their significant other. You think someone would at least capitalize on the draw.

    I concur.
I have played live poker in the casinos before, but not very much.
I do want the games to be there. it's all part of the casino atmosphere for me.

I don’t last hand I played about 40 years ago in 7card stud. I had a full house in 5 cards and some guy hit a straight flush on the last card. I didn’t lose all that much but it sure left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ya get back on the horse after falling off. I can't play poker because I wear my emotions on my sleeve, I would be an easy read. I'd get dealt a pair of Kings and my eyes would get as big as saucers and I'd have to stifle my grin.

Do they have live poker at Southland in West Memphis? Made a quick stop there a few years ago after attending a wedding in the area and played some blackjack.

Just received an email from Parx, the Poker room will open towards the end of December. No specific date just yet.

I still can't believe that no other AC poker room besides Borgata has reopened yet.

That would be a great idea, the poker room and the rest of Wild Wild West will stay with Caesars after the sale of Ballys to Twin River closes.

I do! I checked my old local's web page, still has a boldfaced CLOSED on the poker room link. I have to wonder if the 7 card stud games will come back with the same force. I imagine it will be hard for the older players to feel safe getting back in the game.
