When do Cosmo offers for Nov/Dec come out?

    I have my offer through Oct and got the "reminder" same offer about a month after the initial offer...wanting to book a couple nights during our December trip but hoping play from last round of play will improve the offer.

    Regardless, when do the Nov/Dec offers come out? I looked for the thread I'd read on here about the timing before but couldn't find it via search.
