Count us in the "outside at Mon Ami Gabi watching Las Vegas start the day" crowd, too.

Great eats, great coffee, great service, great sights. No better way to start the day!

Steak and eggs for me. An occasional breakfast buffet can be good too. Have done MAG and Bouchon too, but although I enjoy both, my OH doesn't care for either.

Our first full day in Vegas we always go Ellis Island for the Steak (medium to well done) and Eggs (over easy) breakfast.

Obviously not the greatest breakfast to be found in Vegas but we absolutely love it and just being there we know our holiday has just begun.

My favorite breakfast is definitely at Black Bear Diner: The Classic 2-Egg Combo w/Linguica Sausage and a side of those delicious, pillowy Sweet Cream Pancakes.

    YUM AND DELISH! :feedme:

    5 breakfasts in 5 days.
Bellagio buffet: smoked trout and creamed spinach omelet.
    Sam's town buffet: vegetable omelet.
    Bagelmania: lox eggs and onions.
Chef salad at a coffee shop, because I don't always want breakfast for breakfast.
Or dim sum at Hong Kong Garden

And at least 4 cups of coffee no matter what I am eating.

I like a good breakfast. I have a lot of favorite places. The Grand Luxe has many great options. I love their pancakes and the Breakfast Sandwich is delicious. I also enjoy the Peppermill.

Denny's and a classic 2 eggs over easy, wheat toast, bacon and red potatoes. Plus coffee of course. If breakfast is not on the plan. Find the closest Dunks and get a dark roast eye opener

Ham & Cheese omelet with a side of hash-browns and crispy bacon at Mr. Lucky's!

As a downtown low-roller, I like to hit up the breakfast buffet at the Golden Nugget. Great omelets made to order, biscuits and gravy are decent, a pile of sausage and bacon, side of fresh fruit, and a big, bottomless glass of thick OJ. Great waitstaff here. Otherwise, Denny's at the end of the canopy is always reliable and good.

We rarely make it out for breakfast (I wonder why...). But when we do - quiche Lorraine at MAG (which is more brunch, but it's on the breakfast menu) and their coffee, which is the best I've had.

I've had many breakfasts at various Black Bear Diners but never once in Vegas. Hmm...

They have the biggest biscuits for biscuits and gravy I have ever seen.

There are so many now, I stumbled on to them at what I think was the first one in Mount Shasta or maybe Susanville. The one in Vegas is pretty good, I am a sucker for their biscuits and usually will buy an extra to go.

A sort of a caveat, though their breakfasts are wonderful I had dinner at one and the one I visited was on par with a Denny’s at best.

If I was smashed out of my nut the night before, then it's room service fruit plate, and a big bottle of water :D

We've only done breakfast. I don't think it's the type of place we'd choose for dinner and thanks to you we now won't!!

The Mt. Shasta location was their first one and it's the first one we ate at on our way to a soccer tournament in Medford. We LOVED it! I've eaten at a few more since then, but only for breakfast.

My favorite has been the ham and egg platter at Ellis Island. But Blueberry Hill is growing on me quickly. I always like to try new restaurants in Vegas and I've had good results hitting locals joints for breakfast.

The brioche french toast with vanilla mascarpone, almond brittle at Bardot Brasserie at their weekend brunch....YUM!

We are also trying Veranda at the Four Seasons for brunch when we return in June for my birthday.
