What year was your very first stay in a Las Vegas strip hotel and which hotel was it?

1985 Circus Circus (I was 10) we drove over after Disneyland before heading back to Seattle.
1996 21st Bday trip Bally's, blew my whole bankroll on the first day of a 4 day trip, luckily I was with Aunts and Uncles who took pity on me and fed me. That is a lesson in bankroll management I will never forget.

 

1998 at the Monte Carlo.

 

we have 3 kids. My mother took the kids for me while I was gone. She thought I should have told her prior to leaving. Funny thing is I have full custody and haven’t heard from her in almost two years. Apparently she cared at one time

1985 Stardust.

 

It was a family trip back in 2005 and we stayed at the Stratosphere . I loved it so much that we planned to come back in 06 to get married.

 

2007 at Excalibur for my 21st bday celebration with my mom!

 

2005 at Caesar's Palace....Rolled into town on my 21st birthday and became a degenerate immediately! Still a college kid...rolled in with 400 bucks and that was gone within the first hour...spent the next several days playing 25c Keno and trying to get free drinks lol...also very thankful for the ATM limit i had back in those days

 

Don't hate but I've honestly not stayed on the strip. Been to the strip many times but have always stayed downtown. That first trip went down 2006 and here I am almost 14 years later still staying Downtown. I got lucky that my sister's fiancee was living in Vegas and showed me both but suggested we stay downtown. Flash forward, my wife and I swear some day we'll stay at a strip hotel. SWEAR!

 

2001 Flamingo. Wish I could go back in time. Everything was so shiny and new.
