I'm usually in the club every night or at a pool party in the day so I like to do my gambling in the late afternoon or early evening just before shower time for the club.. Sometimes I'm so busy that I don't even get a chance to play some days.. On my last trip I tried to play BJ after the club and literally got kicked off the table because I fell asleep while the dealer was shuffling. The pit boss was nice, he had a security guard escort me to my room and he comped me a buffet. I guess he felt sorry for me lol.

I'm an early bird. I am up at 4:00 a.m. MN time so even trying to sleep until 4:00 a.m. in Vegas is a challenge. I've learned not to fight it and enjoy my early morning time having the casino mostly to myself. Sometimes finding coffee that early is a bit of a challenge.

Being a West coaster I have no excuse. I cannot stay in bed later than 6am. I lay in bed thinking of monster rolls and VP riches. I try to stay in bed trolling the interwebs but can't shake the desire to gamble.

I used to hit the dice table hard even if it was empty. Cold empty tables can lead to very fast busto. My current routine is to hit the VP and sip baileys and coffee. If that doesn't go well, I stroll the downtown area looking for any dice table with action. This past trip I lucked out and hit a royal during my last morning. Guess who's hooked on morning VP?

I usually arrive on an evening flight from the east coast that gets me into Vegas between 9 and 11 p.m. I will check-in, get cleaned up in the room and immediately go down to the casino to get my gamble on. The Vegas adrenaline usually keeps me going strong until about 3 or 4 am Vegas time (6 or 7 am east coast time), then I'll crash and be back at it around 9 or 10 am Vegas time. After the arrival night, I pretty much gamble at all hours of the day, but my daytime gambling tends to be more VP and Slots and my nighttime gambling is more table games, primarily BJ, Craps, and Poker variants (i.e. LIR, 3-Card, etc.)

We always get in around midnight, take a quick look at the room, dump the bags and head to the casino. We usually don't go to bed until 3-4a.m. The hard part is working a trade show every day on 4 hours of sleep! We're usually up by 9, work until 4 or 5 and gamble our way back from the convention center. We make a trip to the room to freshen up and don't hit the room again until the wee hours of the morning. We have a lot of fun for several days and sleep like a rock when we get back home!

I'm the same way, with the added bonus that any promise to not gambol while drinking is quickly thrown out the window.

I been hitting the Wheel of Fortune slot machine right when I get off the plane. Imagine if you hitting a jackpot right after you get off the plane, how would you plan for the rest of the trip ?

Try to keep the same routine when I go. Rental car, head to Sams, stock up on booze and snacks, check into the room and "set up shop". As for gambling, I'll do some light VP sessions during the day. By 9 or 10, GF is usually worn out, so she heads for the room and I head for the bartop for a serious, long session hoping to get a run going and getting Weapons-Grade Drunk.

Usually get off plane about 2:00-3:00, get taxi, head to hotel and go immediately to happy hour, about 6:00 or so start some slots and then progress to the poker table. first night is usually early as im tired from traveling- but after that i get up early around 6:00 a.m. and play cards... tables are light and i am refreshed.

I usually only have one gambling session when I'm in Vegas..It starts about 60 mins after the plane touches down and finishes about 120 mins before the plane leaves, it is often interrupted by a few hours sleep and some sit down meals!

Ok, not that hard, but not the other end of the spectrum, either.

Normal day (especially if it's football day from the East Coast) is head over no later than 8:00a.m. Bets in, grab Breaky and normally a Daily Double BJ. Always funny to stroll up to the $5 table and put $50+ down, win the hand and double up one more time. Some head scratching by the watchers. Then, hopefully ca$h time.

After football, a few ponies for a shift, followed by the walk.

To EI for dinner and Team BJ at their $5 tables. (We don't play $5 normally, unless the shoe is going south... But that gives us a chance to tread water.

    Bed about midnight.

Start all over the next day!

I like to gamble sometime around 9-11 AM, when the tables are empty and the minimums are low. I don't like having to make the rounds around the tables at night when I'm trying to find a table under $25.

I ease into gambling with keno at a late breakfast/early lunch. A couple 20s in slots or vp on the way back to the room. Then I plan my day from there.

We usually play all day and all night. We just got back from a quick local trip to French Lick in Indiana. I had no record there and a host comes up to me in the HL room and says. "Mr. XXXXX, my name is Beverly, our computer show you have been here for 24.3 hours, is that correct? Yes :)

The first stop I make in the mornings (especially when I first arrive at the hotel) is the sportsbook to get a feel for what the lines look like for the day. Since I'm usually there when the weather is nice I take in the pool scene (possibly a pool party) for a while, get a bucket of beers with the gf, and then hit the blackjack or paigow tables for a little. Honestly, some of the best nights I've had in Vegas were spent just socializing at blackjack table while drinking free beer all night. Clubs are great, but on nights when you win money and have a blast I don't know if there's anything better.

Since I live in Texas, I always seem to wake up about 6 am. Go down, get some coffee, hit the craps tables. It is usually pretty laid back in the morning.
