    There's a new Tequila/Mezcal bar downtown called Lucky Day that is open if you RSVP. They require a food purchase (chips and dip is fine).
    Downtown Cocktail Room is open for table service. Also require food purchase. Selling bratwurst last time I was there.
    The Kitchen at Atomic Liquors is open and taking reservations.
    Golden Tiki in Chinatown is open and taking reservations.
    Herbs & Rye
    The Laundry Room has taken over Commonwealths space Downtown. RSVP only.

    A lot of the strip bars seating areas are open like Petrossian Bar at Bellagio with the Piano active and the Chandelier and The Barbershop bar at cosmo.

    A lot of the places with roof tops or out door areas are open too...
    Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay
    Beer Park at Paris
    Downtown Terrace and Bin 702 in Container Park
