Is there one particular restaurant in Las Vegas that if it closed would "totally" bum you out?

I ask this question to see what restaurant is held in high regard by all of you.

For me it would be either of the Grand Lux restaurants. I love their food, they have a large menu, their prices are fair...

Others that I would miss are Mon Ami Gabi, the Outback in the Casino Royale, the California Pizza in the Mirage and the Blueberry Hill Family Restaurants.

BUT, like I wrote above, If either of the Grand Lux restaurants closed, I would "totally" be bummed out!

I totally agree on Grand Lux for the same reasons.

Charlie Palmers has been a must do every trip and I'd be very sad if they closed. Their cut of the week is the best value for great food and wine in Vegas and I love the resort feel. We typically sit by the pool and have a drink after dinner.

The Henry is a staple since I usually stay at Cosmo and I have lots of favourites on their menu.

I am still sad about Alize closing....can't fathom what Stations was thinking. I miss having dinner there with that fabulous view :(

Lakeside at Wynn and Mon Ami Gabi at Paris. Both places have IMO great food, good service, a relatively relaxed/not stuffy vibe and spectacular views/environs.

Very much enjoy the happy hour specials at Yardhouse in the promenade, go there almost every day.

For quick food I'd be totally bummed if Chipotle next to Harrahs closed shop...great cheap eats that doesn't kill the buzz

Wolfgangs Cut and Carbone, I would be bummed if either were to close. One of my favorites did close was Todd English's Olives....I know in the end it was different (both food/service was downhill). But for many years the food was good, and the drinks were tasty! Nothing beat the views too. ;)

I like trying out new places and have learned to deal with many of my beloved Vegas restaurants closing.

However, it's extraordinarily difficult to get authentic NYstyle pizza when living in Southern California. I miss it soooo much.
Grabbing some Grimaldi's pizza to nosh on at a reasonable price whether for takeout in the suite or eating at the joint at Palazzo is a must-have whenever I get the urge. :feedme: And that's pretty often.
    Please don't close Grimaldi's. k,thanks.

I go to the Henry pretty much every trip. I'd be sad to see it go.

Losing DuPar's at the GG still stings.

There's really nothing, because there's nowhere that I've had food that I can't live without or isn't cooked as well at another restaurant.

I was really bummed when Postrio shut down. I think I would miss MAG. I can't think of any others that would really disappoint me. We don't really have an every trip goto currently.

Probably Mon Ami Gabi would be the closest we'd come to a heartbreak.

I would be bummed if Wolfgang Puck’s Cucina closes, as well as Julian Serrano.

There would be plenty that I’d hate to see close; but most of them I haven’t frequented enough to form any sort of long term attachment. My faves on the strip, Otto and B&B, closed up for good and I was sad to see them go. However China Poblano, Momofuku and Sinatra are some of my new favorites and I’m hoping for many, many more chances to dine there.

The one restaurant on the strip that I would indeed be bummed to see shutter would be Mon Ami Gabi. I’ve had dozens and dozens of meals at MAG and, IMHO, when you combine ambience, quality of food and service it might be the best value on the strip.

As far as downtown I’d have to say Triple George. Spent lots of time there dining solo at the bar and had many an outstanding NY Strip steak. Just like MAG; the atmosphere, very good food and great bartenders have made this one of my cornerstone eateries when I spend any significant amount of time downtown.

I'm already bummed that one of my favorite restaurants closed.

It is the snack bar at the cal. I liked that place, they served decently priced meals and were quick in preparing your dish. Instead they opened up a crappy high priced noodle house that I would never eat at. The snack bar was a good alternative than waiting in line for the Market St. Café, plus it was easy to take out food. I hope that they somehow reopen the place on the second floor.

Too late. They have already closed all of the "old school" coffee shops.
