Just wanted to know what were all the months that people have clocked some Vegas time in. What is your favorite month to go to vegas? What is your least favorite month to go to Vegas?

For me: December (xmas -nye), January (there usually a couple days after nye), March, april, June, july, october.

Favorite: would have to be december for sure. Though the weather isn't as hot as the summer months. NYE in Vegas is just insane plus I love seeing how calm vegas is for xmas and how insane it gets as nye approaches.

Least favorite: January sucks. I'm generally in vegas December 24th -January 4th every year. Vegas goes completely dead for those first few days after nye. Kind of sad to see everyone heading right back to reality after having the time of their lives.

Honorable mention: July. Super hot heat brings everyone out. Pools are packed and the strip is jumping 24/7. July has always been a must do every year.

Lived there for a few years, so we experienced them all. But, as a tourist, you can't beat April & Oct. Great weather, not too hot.

Not a pool person, so I never pay attention if the pools are open.

I have the luxury of visiting monthly, mostly for business... I love March, April and May... I'm no fan of July, August and sometimes even September, as it's just too hot for me! During the days I usually have to suit & tie it and man it's just so uncomfortable. I like October and November for the same reason I enjoy the spring months... clear and sunny, but not a cooker. December, January and February are enjoyable to me as well, because of the cooler temps. I don't like 'em quite as much because the pools are down. When you're a Hard Rock guest, much of the property's liveliness revolves around those pools. ReHab aside, the pools give the whole joint an energy that I love.

    Favorite months... May and October

You are so right. Part of the reason I'm going back in October in a few weeks is because of the weather. Feels great to just be out all day long in the sun and not burn up.

I have been twice in October, once in February and once in late May, all of them are favourites because I'm in Vegas
My last trip was in May so it was probably the warmest I have known as my others have been in Oct and Feb, but I would like to be there around Christmas and New Year time, I will be going back in Oct this year and will be there for Halloween.

Feb, Mar, Apr, May, July, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec. no reason to go in the summer or winter other than for July 4 weekend. my fav months are Mar/Apr and Sep/Oct. weather is perfect for golf. if you time it just right, you can do both pool and golf, which is nice.

Hmmmm.........I have favorite months but they all seem to include football or things I feel some sort of an edge on on for betting on in the book, not weather as the deciding factor.

I have been in March to see the NASCAR race and bet on that but aside from that I don't bet basketball or hockey so that was not as fun as say September when I can bet pro/college football, NASCAR, and baseball. October pretty much the same with the addition of betting the NHRA races at the speedway. November is my birthday so enjoy those trips too, but not as many betting options for me.

I have been in August and I love the heat, especially late at night when it is still over 90 at midnight......that never happens in Seattle ! But not as much action for me in the book, I don't bet pre season football, never seem to get that right.

So, I guess after all that..........it's September.........still hot with lots of ways for me to enjoy the book.

I believe that December is the only month I haven’t been to Vegas.

My favorites are September through November. Nice weather, but usually not nice enough to bring in the big pool party crowds, and football on TV if I ever need to give the bankroll a rest for a few hours.

While I’ll take any trip to Vegas that I can get, I try to avoid the dead of winter and the hottest parts of the summer.

Best months: Sept, Oct, Nov.(early), March, April

    Least favorite: July and August

    Don't mind: January and February

The summers are way too hot for me and I'll only go out there for work. The winters are no where near what we get here in Michigan, so I don't mind them at all.

Best time for us has been during the Canada Thanksgiving which is the second Monday in October. Come on Thursday and stay till the following Thursday. The weather is usually great and we can still go outside Vegas for day trips very comfortably.

The worst was last year over the Christmas Holidays. Too cold to sightsee and the number of kids was amazing. I never thought as many people would bring their kids to Vegas for Christmas holidays.

Best for our group is 1st/2nd week of October due to you can bet on baseball playoffs plus all of the football on the weekends.

Memorial Day weekend has been very good to us also the last few years.

I went there this past July for my bach party and just a bit to hot for my liking.

    May and October.

We absolutely LOVE October's weather in Vegas. Have also been in August....uggh, a little hot. Also been in November, January and February. Unless there's some crazy cold front going on, Nov. Jan. & Feb. are pretty decent with a lightweight jacket. I am from the midwest, so the cold in Vegas and the cold I am used to are quite different! But again like so many others have said, who really cares as long as you're in VEGAS!!!!!!

You asked what months have we been. I only count the months I've actually landed in Vegas.
I've left Vegas in January many times but I do not count it. I'm a weirdo. I prefer the cooler months.
My favorite months have been March, Nov and Dec. The only months I have not "landed in Vegas are:

    Jan
    Feb
    Aug
    Sept

I've been in April, June, July, August, and October. I prefer the high 80s / low 90s weather of Late April and Early October but triple digit weather in the summer doesn't phase me in the slightest.

110 just doesn't feel that hot in Vegas considering the availability of air conditioning and the fact that most of my moving and shaking is in the evening. I stay relatively local during the day.

I'm not a huge pool guy either but I like about 1-2 hours per day to get some sun and take a dip.

July/August to me are just too hot. Heading out there in ~2 weeks and I'll see if I'm ok with that. I'm not interested in sitting out by the pools, I can do that in Austin most of the year if I cared. I go to Vegas to walk around to all the different casinos. I don't like being drenched in sweat just going from some place like Harrahs to Venetian.

I go in March every year and while I like it, I think April would be just about perfect.

Mar->Jun and Oct->Nov to me sound perfect. My issue is that I go in March every year and I just can't hold out until October most years.

We used to always go over Thanksgiving and for a lot of years it was a quiet time in Vegas. Too many people have "discovered" it now. So then we started going the first part of December. Hope. Too many people now come to the rodeo. We have been several times in mid-late December and although the quieter time and less crowds is nice and I love all of the Christmas decorations and such, as someone else mentioned, lots of people start to bring in hoards of children.

We've been a few times in January and February. A couple of times we've accidentally come during Martin Luther King weekend (not a holiday we get off so we never think about it when planning) which brings more crowds.

Years ago, the first time we ever went to Vegas was in the spring. I'm thinking it was March or April.

We've been one time in May because I won a trip to the ACMAs. It was wicked hot then.

I prefer the winter months because we live in Florida where it is hot and humid most of the year. Cold weather is a nice change.

I suppose my favorite time these days is near Christmas because I do love all of the special Christmas shows and decorations. We once spent 17 days at the Luxor over Christmas right up through New Years Eve and it was magical. NYE was wild and crazy. I'm not sure I'd ever do it again but I might ... the fireworks up and down the Strip were awesome. I've been a bit disappointed the last couple of times we've gone around Christmas, though, because a lot of the places that decorated or had special things around Christmas either scaled back or stopped doing them since that magical trip.

I have been the in June, April and December.

June and any other summer months are too hot for me.
I thought April and December were perfect weather. Warmish in the day and cool at night.
I'll be there this November hoping it'll be mid 70s/50s which is ideal for me.
