    Mine..........has always been breakfast.
I have missed it many times........and the rest of the day ends up badly....body doesn't funtion.
I don't even eat lunch for most of my life - don't need it .....only makes me tired.
Dinner is nice - family & all --- helps to sleep - but I work late...trying to curb that

    So...........you ?.........why ?.

I must have breakfast! I can't function especially on workdays if I don't have it.

Breakfast is a great way to start the day! Without it, I get cranky and then just eat bad for the rest of the day. Gotta have it!

Lunch. I can make it as long as I have coffee.

While on vacation I am still an early riser so I have been known to have first by myself and second breakfast when my wife wakes up.

    Good luck. :beer::beer:

I'm more of a brunch person. Don't even start to get hungry until about 10 am. Dinner can be either a full meal or several small "snacks". If I eat too early my body goes into shock! (LOL).

Breakfast and dinner. Now I don't skip lunch, but "lunch" can be a string of items between the other two. (Or it can be a big-ass burger or sushi or, well, food in general.)

I eat maybe one meal a day, afternoon or evening, and then snack a lot.
I can't really eat a lot in one sitting, but I can eat several times a day.
I really can't stand that stuffed feeling.

Years ago I went from a night owl to a dawn riser. (And yes, that means at this time of year I'm up at 5 or a bit later. But I'm often out by 10 or 10:30p.) So a morning fuel-up is essential.

I'm with you. I eat a light breakfast, skip lunch (just makes me tired too) and a solid dinner. For a while I went with just one meal per day (dinner), but the thought of not eating again for 24 hours is a pretty big psychological hurdle which for me led to overeating at dinner. A small breakfast (about 300 calories, eggs, toast, yogurt) solves that problem so I'm still essentially just eating one meal per day, but don't feel the need to binge at dinner.

Just the three. Well, four if I stay up late. Rarely five.

Light breakfast, no lunch, big dinner.

For whatever reason, I just don't get hungry during the day. But some switch gets flipped when the sun goes down.

I only eat breakfast so I can have enough energy for a work out. And, other than when I'm in Vegas (or some other vacation destination with so much good food), I can't remember the last time I've had lunch. But I gotta have my dinner. Otherwise, I'll just snack all night and end up having more calories than I would have had with a big dinner.

Two a day, usually. Breakfast is a must, the other one depends on the itinerary. Snacks, too, at times .... plus some drinks (usually starting after noon ... ;)

I need something for breakfast, at home it's oatmeal but on vacation it can be a bagel or scone. Lunch can be snacking. But then I need dinner. On vacation dinner is my main meal. I also like to eat late, wether I'm on vacation or not.
