Yea, I worked for one of the major casinos on the strip and in the dept that tracked play. Our computers could see everything. I could look up your name or card# and see all that was going on(each individual bill inserted, coins bet, each individual win/loss.) The computer would also mark a player as hot if there were winning quite a bit. If I didn't know who you were but knew the machine you were at(walk out onto the casino floor) I could type in the machine number and still get tons of info.

Nah, she's saying the opposite. Had I not lost, my play wouldn't warrant a comp, hence the 10k coin-in per day quote for a comp'd room, freeplay, and RFB

Yea, let me clear it up:

    - Jan 2017, I drop in and do moderate play (a couple of machines) at the Wynn. Enough to get a teaser offer.
    - Oct 2017, I take them up on their teaser offer of 3 free nights and two tickets to Reve (I managed to get it extended to four free nights and tickets to Reve by sweet talking). While there, I put 18k coin-in and 4 hours of table play at $50 a hand; 6.6k in losses
    - June 2018, I use a 3 night weekend stay, 300 freecredit, and buffet pass comp that I received after my previous trip in October. I convert it to 4 free nights in a panoramic room at the encore instead. While there, I put 24k in coin-in and 9 hours of table play at $41 a hand; $3.6k in losses
    - Now, my play earned me a 3 night weekday stay, 300 freecredit, and buffet passes. I managed to negotiate that to a weekend stay with the same comps

Hopefully that's clearer. There's a lot going on here, lol!

    OK, so when you wrote:

You need to lose more than the value of the comp AND play enough to show that you're a serious player.

You really meant "OR" I suppose?

Those were some brutal losses you took, but if you enjoy the Wynn (I know I do), those were some pretty nice comps to get back, those nicer rooms and food their don't come cheap!!!

It's an either/or contingent on overall play. It's more like, if you play what I played and won, you wouldn't get the comp. But, if you played what I played and lost close to what I lost, you'd get a comp. You need to get very luck on the variance for 10k coin in/ day or lose enough to warrant the comp.

I believe this offer will have started after my second trip, or I'd have used the offer for my second trip! I'm guessing I played without a card on the first trip. I did play enough to spin the wheel I think, and accommodation is only Sun-Mon, but it is 3 nights so I obviously did something that made them think I'd spend a few pounds on my return.

Interesting to hear about Casino's tracking time spent at machines. It makes sense though, as I low-rolled at Cosmo for 5+ hours a day for a 7 day vacation and got 4 night suite offers when other players I know betting heavier than me on slots over only a couple of days/shorter sessions got only 2 night offers but better FP. It actually suits me though as I wouldn't come from the UK for less than a week so would prefer the accommodation covered.

I got this exact offer 3 nights comped except weekends, $300 FP, and the buffet thing each night.

I gambled at the Wynn for the first time in 5 years back in May. Walked in, lost 1K in craps in 5 mins before dinner, went to Mizumi then left. It's gotta be a teaser offer in my case...I'm only playing $25 craps full odds, come bets full odds, etc.

KBT, so you had been a red card member previously and you were returning? Had they given you offers in the past that you took them on, or was this your first offer ever?

I'd love to be able to switch to Wynn from Palazzo but for the same play Palazzo is stepping up with 3 free nights so it's a no brainer.
