I'm looking to do a VP bar hopping tour up and down the strip. I'll play $20 through and have a single free cocktail at each stop. Might take me a couple of days to complete due to distance and inebriation.

So...what single VP bar should I hit in each property?

Sounds like a fun idea! Good luck and I Might have to try something similar. I am not familiar with exact bar names though but I am sure others will have some ideas.

I'll take a stab.... Best game(s) at bar in parentheses. Games with STP on multi-game units only, but you can play one line only of STP. I will write a secondary bar if there is another bar with better games available but "worse atmosphere/drinks".

Wife and I did something similar about 5 yrs ago. Had a drink, played a slot, bought a chip at every Strip casino, I think there were 25 then (didn't go north of Encore or south of MB). Wife gets distracted easily so it took 3 days lol.

I do the same thing that Buffalo did on most of my LV trips. Last night on the Strip I'll walk to as many casinos as I can and play $20 at a VP bar and get a drink. Play till I win $40+ or go bust. A fun tradition.

Note that I usually do terrible doing this and I recommend not using your players card as it ruins your daily average play/theo.

Thanks for the list Trig! I'll try to follow it to the letter in July! Looks pretty similar to the ones I usually end up playing at!

    My additional recommendations:

Cosmo - Bond Bar (same playtables as Chandlier) but better eye candy at night
Caesars - Lobby Bar (6/5 Bonus). More lively crowd than Sportsbook

    Chris

Hey Tring, doesn't Bellagio sports book have 7/5 BP on the part of the bar on the sports book side?

I can't cover them all but here are the one's I liked best during my visit last week.
Paris..Gustav's..great bartenders, atmosphere..The Baboo (my fiancee') hit a 1K Royal there on May 26

Caesars. Alto bar peaceful, really good bartenders, pretty nice view if you sit facing the gaming floor/walkway

Cosmopolitan. Sports Book Bar....good bartenders...I hit a 4K Royal there on May 30.

Bellagio...Sports Book Bar...good view if facing the floor, good sports to watch if facing the other way, competent bartenders

If you wanna play spin poker, yes. I avoided writing that because one line of spin sorta sucks. Lol
