We used to always make a point of visiting Barbary Coast/Bill's and I want to check out the new Cromwell so I guess that sort of makes it a tradition.

Always have a drink upon landing before picking up our bags, then another before going to our room.

For us they tradition has been to head to Margarittaville for volcano nachos and ultimate margaritas for lunch the first day. Oh I can't wait to keep the tradition alive!

Bloody Mary's at the bar of the first casino we stay at. Usually happens before we get to our room. Also we try and go to at least one new place, usually a new restaurant. This last trip, just last week, we went to La Thai near El Cortez. Awesome place BTW!!

    1. PiƱa Coladas while playing roulette at Mirage. The coladas there are the absolute best.
    2. Hate myself at least once a day for not getting up and walking out while I was ahead.

great THREAD! actually HAD TO LOOK SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES UP!

Each trip we go, I try to find a good Italian Restaurant - hasn't happened yet. Not that Italian thrills me, but my wife loves it.

I long for 40 years ago, in our small 1/2 Italian town, when there were Mom and pop restaurants. I loved Italian then.

    Almost always -dinner at craftsteak.
    Lion share
Whiskey Down - every time since it has been open.

Eat the Country Club at the Wynn on a weekday (so I get their regular menu and not their lame brunch).

A dozen krispy kreme donuts at MGM next to the sportsbook is a great deal! I always get a dozen for myself and suffer carrying that stupid box around with me just to enjoy those donuts as I cruise back to my hotel leaving a trail of crumbs behind me, and hoping that I still have some left when I get back to the room.

Deep breathing exercises to work off all those calories.:wink2:

Get homeless drunk. No matter how many times I promise I will not drink to the point of not remembering my name it seems to happen without fail at least one time each trip. I guess I'm a creature of habit. Or just a degenerate, which ever.
