I noticed a typo in the recipe. You don't want to buy already grilled chicken tenders. You want raw chicken tenders. Like this:

    Sorry for the mistake!

Homemade pizza thick crust in a cast iron frying pan. Takes me back to college days though I felt so much more in control then. An illusion perhaps.
Homemade sauce and fresh vegetables (I am sure as fresh as the pizza place but they are so different by the time they get home). Matter of fact the wife is having a 6’ + happy hour with her yoga buddies all since retired. Bringing their favorite pizza.
Lots of hand sanitizer and booze. There could be pictures but I wouldn’t be alive to post them so probably not. Supposed to be mid 70’s this pm so the back porch and a beer works for me.

I think I’ve gone through 200 lbs of charcoal so far, and many cases of beer. Steaks, pulled pork and BBQ chicken have been the most common

Like Ken, we have not changed the way we cook during this crisis. The big difference for us is that I have limited the number of days per week that I shop for food, so spur of the moment dishes have been reduced. Also, we have to put up with availability issues when the hoarders, fadders, and panic buyers wipe out supplies of this or that. I had thought that a meat shortage might make it easier to sell the wife on the idea of a few more plant-based meals, but so far that has not been the case.

We used olive oil to grease the pan. Back in the day it was cornmeal but who cares.
Sorry just reread. You slice it up with pizza cutter or knife then exhume. OR go around the edges and loosen, slide it out into a plate. Tilting as needed. It was good for brunch too. !!

We have been doing steak a lot lately. We get a decent-sized one, cut it in half and share it between us. We do Bob Evans mashed potatoes or a baked potato with it, and either salad or a veggie of some sort, like broccoli.
