    I went there a few weeks ago. I got their bone marrow which was great. Their garganelli looked really good on Yelp but in reality it was overcooked and on par with sbarrows (except $24). Other items on the menu that *look* pretty good but I haven't tried are:

    * caesar toast
    * short rib mac and cheese
    * basil pesto ravioli
    * oven braised chicken meatballs
    * double cut lamb chops
    * les nyc donuts

    Has anyone else here experienced overcooked pasta @ b&e? That really ruins the dish but my bartender lady didn't seem to want to be bothered too much so I couldn't really send it back.

    I seem to remember that 'electric avenue' was a pretty good cocktail. What else do you recommend getting and avoiding @ b&e?

    I've had everything you listed except the lamb chop and all were excellent. That is my favorite restaurant.
    Edit* didn't see your last question - I've actually never had anything that wasn't cooked perfectly there. I've only eaten there twice though but man what an experience both times.

    I really like the avocado toast. Also, if you like desserts, the donuts are very good

    Like you I loved the bone marrow. Also they had a kale and apple salad that was wonderful. The grilled cheese and tomato soup appy was excellent and loved the donuts. Especially when you get them to go, and eat them around 2am.
    The NYC location was excellent as well, and the bar in the ladies room was so much fun!

    Grilled Cheese dumplings are their signature dish.

    I've been eating at B&E since opening night in NYC. Great spot. Vegas translated it decently. Not as original as the original, however ;)
