    Hi all,

Loving the feedback I'm getting on my steak and burger threads. Wondering where else you all like to eat at all of the CET properties so I can use my RC's. Here's where we have eaten and our thoughts. Would love to know your favs and those to avoid:

    Ballys-

Burger Brasserie- used to love it, not anymore

    Caesars-

    Baccanal Buffet- amazing
Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill- such a disappointment
    Mesa Grill- amazing
NOBU- have eaten at Nobu in Bahamas and was great but not this location
Snackus Maxiumus- at the pool and very good for lunch
We have also eaten at the restaurant right near check in. It's just ok and very pricey. Wouldn't choose again.

    Flamingo-

Margaritaville- the usual. It was fine
Buffet- haven't eaten there in a long time. Don't think I would unless had a free voucher
Ruth Chris- really great and can't beat the view
We love oysters so wondering if we should try the oyster bar!
Toby Keith Grill- I think we ate here and had burgers and they were amazing but wondering if it was the previous place (can't remember the name). Not sure

    Paris-

Gordan Ramsey Steak- It was just Ok. We ate here last year and were really excited about it. It's funny because when I look back at my review after I returned home, I said was amazing but I just don't remember it that way!
Le Village Buffet- was always very good
Mon Ami Gabi- was very good but don't want to deal with getting the voucher and I think it's 2:1 anyway

    Planet Hollywood-

Gordon Ramsey Burgr- We absolutely love this place!
    Striphouse- we were very disappointed

    Rio-

Buffet- a long time ago. Wouldn't bother going over there for this

    Cromwell-

    None

    The Linq-

Guy Fieri- we liked it fine but not looking to return
Hash House a Go Go- we thought this place was very good

Anyone want to give us a new place to try that it's too pricey? Thanks!

Mon Ami - but you can not use RC directly at restaurant. You either charge to your CET room, or get a coupon at the Total Rewards desk. We eat there at least once on every trip.

Good to know HashHouse takes them. They sent me a buy1get1 for my birthday and I have almost $600 via my credit card to spend.

Is is $1 for $1? I have a coupon to use there as well. Do I just go to the TR desk and say, "May I have a $50 voucher worth of TR credits?"

If you include vouchers, my favorites are:

    Gordon Ramsay Steak
    Giada's
Harrahs Oyster House - if you get a day and time when they're fully staffed
Center Cut Steakhouse @ Flamingo - ask for Korean Jenny

Nobu Restaurant - meh - It was OK, but not worth paying "out of pocket for". Good if you want Asian food before a concert at the Colosseum

Nobu is the only CET restaurant I would go out of my way for. A few other places are just ok. Other resorts simply have better options

Both Toby Keith and Ruth Chris are at Harrah's--not Flamingo.
Toby Keith's is one of our favorite places and also enjoy Ruth Chris

Yes, it is 1:1. And yes, just walk up to Total Rewards desk and ask for voucher for $50 ($100 for us - winos)

Then you just hand over the voucher at Mon Ami Gabi to pay for your meal?

Our go to for our voucher every year is always the Bacchanal Buffet.

We are planning on a group of six guys hitting strip house, old homestead, or gr steak Friday night (literally have reservations at all 3 cancelling one tomorrow am). 3 of us have diamond status and have yet to redeem our $100 reward. Can we all redeem on the same meal? Anyone have experience with this? Maybe with a spouse?

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips (Linq Promenade) - nice lunch for under $20 with drink
Gordon Ramsay Burger (PH) - good burgers but wait (even for diamond/7 stars) is too long. Lots of empty tables inside but they like to keep the line outside long.
Guy Fieri's (Linq) - enjoyed the Mac&Cheese Burger and the appetizers.

Never had experience of using multiple rewards - maybe tell the server before hand to split the check into 3?

We just did this last week at gr steak. Used 2 $100 vouchers and paid the rest with points.

Went ahead and pulled the trigger on GR Steak at Paris. I looked back through the last 20 reviews for each restaurant on both yelp and tripadvisor and man there are some people who really don't like striphouse. I have eaten there once five or six years ago and didn't have a memorable experience but it wasn't terrible so I thought we could give it another shot. Some very unsatisfied customers out there. That left us back and forth between Old Homestead and GR Steak. Surprisingly enough for a celeb chef steakhouse there were more consistent reviews than just about anywhere. Never been to either but I do know getting to Old Homestead would be a pain going through Caesars, and I liked the comments I saw about the vibe of GR, upbeat, and modern. I'll report back next week.

Did you do this recently? We are going to Vegas next month, and my husband's birthday is Aug 25th. Do you have to use it within a certain amount of time? Do they send the b1g1 on your birthday?
