I'm visiting vegas end of feb. I definitely want to check out "Beauty & Essex." I love a good speakeasy style bar done well and the pics of this place on Yelp look great.

I liked Blue Ribbon Sushi when I went in 2014. I may go there again. Everything was 10/10 but the clientele seemed a bit low energy.

I went to Javier's @ Aria last year. The restaurant itself was great but I could hear music from the casino like "Elvis: A Little More Satisfaction" and the sound of slot machines in the background which halfway killed the experience for me. I actually dislike casinos and the cheesiest aspects of Vegas.

I like Vegas because NYC and LA are no longer fun cities and Vegas has become a hotspot for the hottest new restaurants and nightclubs. And everyone is in Vegas to have *fun*

I like new places b/c it's fun being "the first to know" in my circles but I'm also open to cool spots or perennial classics that have been around for awhile that I may not have been aware of.

So given this info, are there any particular bars or restaurants that you would recommend that I check out in Vegas? I generally like a cool/savvy/personable 25-35 y/o set.
