When I went to bed, Monday night, I had about 111,000 RCs, when I woke up this morning, I was down to 88,000 RCs.

I sent TR a message asking them to explain why, and that my last purchase was for 3,499 for a buffet in New Orleans Sunday.

    Stay tuned.

I never understand why you can't get a detail transaction list on line in real time.

    Ridiculous, but typical CET.

No, but IMHO, it shouldn't matter. As has been stated numerous times in threads like this, CET employees are supposed to ask for ID before using RCs.

    We'll see what they say.

OK, let's be as accurate as we can be. The total missing appears to be 15516.

I have a spreadsheet where I track my TCs and RCs on a daily basis.

On 8/5/2018, I had 103855. On 8/7/2018, I had 88339. I didn't spend that many RC on the entire trip. Let's see what CET TR says.

They are supposed to but doesn't always happen. And sometimes when they do ask for ID they don't really check.

Has happened to me in the past. Someone went on a food binge in Vegas for a couple of days. CET credited me back without much of a fuss. Then happened again a week later and they had to do a city-wide block on my card to prevent any use, including me. I had to go to TR as soon as I got to Vegas to unblock then to TR again when I left to put the block again. It was a huuuuuge pain but was told that's the only way without having to keep on checking then calling TR every time it happened. Person got the hint I suppose and stopped after a few months. Good luck! hopefully it was just an error they can fix easily and not someone fraudulently using your card.

I worry about this all the time. I forget or misplace my TR card almost every trip, sometimes twice. I have about 500,000 TR points and that's a boatload of points. Last year I had a 100X multiplier hit in Caesars AC at the time I already had around 250,000 TR points. Too bad I was leaving that day plus it was a losing trip so I wasn't willing to lose any more money. I haven't paid for a meal at CET for years. When I was checking out of CP at VIP checkout in May, I told the clerk to take my TR points to settle up a meal I had at Mag and my friend's resort fees. She said WOW you have a lot of TR points. I said yeah I know. She just look at me in AWE.

Happened to me last February. I contacted TR by phone, they asked for a scanned photocopy of my driver's license, and an acknowledgement that I was not on the properties at the time the card was used, and within a week they completed their investigation and all of the points were returned to me.

OK, it seems that they charged me for one room night, but, I was on a 7* retreat and this should've been comped. I cced my host to take care of this.

How many nights did you stay total? and did you play on your retreat? I would think being 7* you should be comped the room unless you stayed an over extended period

Had this happen to me at Borgata in AC. Someone took my card and ate at one of their high end restaurants. I had never been to that restaurant and I complained and told them so. I asked to see the receipt from the restaurant with my signature on it and to talk to the waiter (whom I never would have met and would not recognize me). They called the restaurant, told me the waiter never asked for ID or got the check signed. They credited all of my RCs back into my account.
I don't watch as closely as you, but one does have to keep an eye on where their account stands.

so, it sounds like this is not uncommon at all. I wonder how often a server/clerk/bartender or whatever is reprimanded for this.

Hey, anymore you pay for a beer at the bar with points and they check your ID!

Certainly the high end restaurants should check!

Sounds like you are getting it resolved.

Why are you keeping so many TR points just hanging around?!? Use 'em, baby!
