I'll try and answer a few of the questions I have recently read:

Table Play and moving up the tiers - I am talking to a savvier group, so I will give a little more information. Table play and moving up the tiers is based on your theoretical earned in a rolling 12 months. Once you reach a certain threshold, you move up to the next tier. We evaluate that on a monthly basis. The numbers aren't published, but if a person wanted to compare what it takes to move up the tiers in tables to what it does in slot play, they wouldn't be wrong in their thought process.

Someone asked about comps at our bars and there was an entire VMB discussion on the ticketing system we installed at Bond Bar - All in all, I think the reviews written by VMB members came back just how it is supposed to. As long as you're playing, you never have an issue getting a drink.

What is VIP Check In - We have a separate, private room for VIP check in located in our lobby. No immediate plans to change that.

A host does not receive credit for booking a reservation if they are not the ones that submitted the reservation request. We have an incredible host team here, and if you haven't found the right one to work with, reach out to me directly and I will try and introduce you to one that is better suited to take care of your needs.

I hope everyone enjoys the excitement of this super weekend, I thank you all for welcoming me to this group and for the 100 or so VMB members that have already reached out to me and want to experience the incredible property and casino we have at the Cosmopolitan.
In speaking about our Identity program I completely neglected to mention the value received by us rewarding all your spend throughout the resort. For every $100 spent regardless of tier, members receive $5.00 in resort credit. I wish I could find a credit card with a rewards program like that! We also have a compelling line up of special casino events with smaller numbers of participants but very large prize pools. Our tournaments generally range from 75-150 guests and prize structures are almost always between 75,000-125,000. As a gambler myself, I get so many tournament invites where only the top 10 people get paid or the prize pool is based on 750 participants. We try and create compelling tournaments with rich prize pools and great odds. Basically, tournaments I myself would want to play in if I was allowed! Plus, once you meet my Director of Slot Marketing, who has been mentioned on this discussion - you'll never want to go anywhere else. She's the absolute best and our guests love her.

I'll definitely be stopping by to give some action this weekend. Tend to get a couple of weekday nights comp offered but I don't typically do Vegas during the wekk so hasn't worked out for me. Love the property though and will be checking out the new high roller slot area and the Vesper bar of course. Have a great 'Big Game' weekend everyone.

VIP check in - One question I've had (and I think I've seen others have it too) is "where is it?". I think there's an Autograph lounge now, which may/may not be the VIP check in area. Or maybe it's some area to the left or right of the main check in counter. Also, who is eligible to use it? It's not clear if anyone staying on an offer can/should use it, if it's for certain card levels, or there's some other audience. Hopefully it's not "If you were VIP, you'd know it" :p

Tournaments - I've been an Identity member for years. And only in the last couple of months have I read about tourneys there (haven't received any invites). Should there be "generic" invites going out from marketing, or are these targeted at specific players, with invites directly from hosts? Sounds like you're trying to make them better, so maybe they are more targeted.

Kevin. I'm not a slot but table games and vp player. I am currently diamond at CET. Is it worth it for me to email you? CET offers diamonds 5 nights whenever at most of their properties year around!

Hi Kevin, thanks for the info you provided. I recently completed a great stay at Cosmo and already have reservations for July.

I was glad to read what you posted about table play and tier. As a slot VP, this method of dealing with tier credits for table play probably benefits your group, but as someone who likes to play a mix of both, I have to say it's too much of a black box.

I'd like to clarify what you wrote. It almost sounds like tier advancement on the basis of table play is an all-or-nothing thing, rather than being additive to slot play.

Just as a hypothetical, starting from zero, let's say I earned 15,000 tier credits on a trip via slot play, and I played enough tables to have earned another 6,000 via table play under the old calculation (which I think was 1 credit for $20 bet, doesn't matter how you calculate it now, I think you understand what I'm getting at). Now you get to the monthly review of table play.

Does that table play end up getting me over the threshold to Gold at that point, or does it count for nothing in terms of tier credits because by itself it wasn't enough to advance my tier?

I was also glad to see you mention that transparency of various buckets may be improved on the website, that would help.

Finally, the rolling period can make all of this very difficult for both players and Identity Desk staff to sort out. It was a nightmare when MLife was doing it, and I hope Cosmo will find a way to switch to a hard calendar method.

    Thanks for your help...

If your looking at the Autograph room it is to the right or in between the end of left check-in and the Autograph room. Small room with a couch, table and a couple of chairs and two check-in counters. As to who is eligible, at what level, I don't know that number. I'm platinum for reference from all slot play and that is where I was directed to check-in by my host.

Kevin, Do you guys not have any general offers for new members or are you just working on matching offers at the moment? A few years back you guys had a killer offer. I'm sure some here will remember better than I but I believe it was something like $200 free play back on first day losses or something along those lines. Anyways, I'll reach out to you as my trip approaches. Thx.

Thanks for joining the board and for the great offer. I visited the Cosmopolitan in December and loved the casino floor. I'm already set for my March trip, however if I return to Vegas this year, I would love to stay at the Cosmopolitan.

If you look at the Identity Membership & Rewards brochure, the only tier listed as having VIP check in privileges is Platinum.

They always offer a drink at check-in, but it's only been the last time I was there that they specified mixed drinks. Prior to that, it was just water. The check-in person just goes into a room off the main room and makes whatever you prefer. I don't know if this is JUST when you check in, or if you can go in anytime and show your platinum card and ask for a drink (not that I would leave the casino floor to go ask for a free drink, I'm just curious - should probably ask Valentine's weekend).

I have used this check I a couple of times when I used a host who said it was fine to do so.
Since my host left and I didn't get a new one, I only use the email offers now and therefore not the VIP check in.
However on my last trip in December the gentleman checking me in said I should use that check in next time as an invited guest. He also said I was free to go in there to get coffee or whatever during my stay.
From what I remember there was only tea/coffee water and maybe orange juice in there, so not a big deal really.

When we first started staying there, we would check in at the "little room" and got a glass of red wine. Now that we are going to give them another try, not sure what to do. We have no status anymore even though we are coming in on an offer.

Got my COSMO offer booked. I am having to pay resort fee at COSMO. In my MB/DELANO offer the fine print says a resort fee MAY be added to your room. I have stayed on comp offers from DELANO since they opened and I've never been charged a resort fee. Room I was given at COSMO is 120square feet smaller than room at DELANO. Hope this information is helpful.

Is there a way to check Cosmo offers online? I see it shows me points but not much else and I get the emails usually too but nothing for random dates.

I gambled there a bit yesterday morning (before I flew out) and they emailed me this offer today that's good until Friday. Unfortunately I'm not in Vegas anymore but hopefully it's a sign of things to come. I think I put about 2500 points on my card in maybe an hour or 2...

Kristy is better than ice cream in bed. I have been burned consistently by hosts every single trip to LV, every...single...trip, and she brought me my first success from start to finish. Plus, guys, she ain't hard on the eyes and as a woman, I am extremely critical.

Kevin, my only issue is with the points shown on the website. It's like seeing my CET reward points but not seeing my tier points. That's just as important in my book.

I fully understand the constraints you all experience with our website functionality and its interaction with Identity and your offers. It is something we are actively working on improving. Our new website in general was the first giant step towards improvement.

To BCMike - unfortunately no, you cannot view your current offers online. You can call Resort Services to ask what you have available, or email our Identity Membership team and they will respond.
