I have done this twice recently.
One was a GREAT deal. Offer of 700 voucher to give up my seat. for a 6PM arrival in Vegas.... The flight i was changed to got to Vegas at 620PM. So it was a WIN WIN.
Obviously it depends on the amount of money and the amount of free time you have and travel plans etc.

That 700 voucher was more than enough to pay for my first class flight back to vegas 6 months later!

I would have to say it depends on a few factors...how many days will i be in LV and when was my orig flight scheduled for. If i'm spending half a day traveling and thats already eaten my time then i might have to say no but if i'm leaving on an evening flight and will have whatever full days in LV i would consider saying yes.
