    I got them via text, and that was the easiest way, having spent 1/2 hour on hold when I called directly.

    They contacted me a couple days after the sms dialogue for my flight/details and sorted everything on the phone for changing my flight.

    Finally got it sorted and got my miles refunded, will keep an eye on it and see what happen although I cant see borders opening anytime soon.
