So I know Bouchon. And Grand Lux is always an option (I am assuming its still 24 hour). Any other good breeakfast spot at this resort I am missing?

@UKFanatic I tried Chica in September and thought it was outstanding.

Depends on when you're going and what you want. I admittedly don't spend a ton of time at Venetian, but their website has a list. A bunch of places open pretty early; both Sugarcane and Moon Palace open around 9am. The latter is more my speed, since I'm one of those people who eat pork bao for breakfast.

We had Chica when we were there last fall and both thought it was solid. I would probably put it a notch or so below Bouchon, but haven't been to Bouchon in several years. Obviously completely different cuisine than Bouchon or most of Grand Lux, so depends what you are in the mood for.

Chica and Yardbird! Not sure what time Yardbird starts serving their brunch menu, but it’s solid. Also Prime Burger serves breakfast, though I’ve never tried it before.

Haven't dined there but I am looking forward to trying Chica. I am also interested in trying Truth and Tonic. It's supposed to be super healthy but very good food. The menu has nutrition information for all of the main dishes. The food looks really good. I'm trying to eat better and healthier so I want to see how Truth and Tonic does its version of some dishes that look like French Toast.

Totally agree with @duceiswild Bouchon is better but it was a solid breakfast. I would rate it at least as good as the Henry or Jardin. Here's a really terrible photo of my breakfast burrito and incredible breakfast potatoes.

Only odd thing was this was last September and they were running a take out line out of the restaurant so there was a line of people out the door and me and like 12 other people dining inside. Service was awesome though...

Chica is excellent, for sure. I'm not a big fan of breakfast in Vegas because I have a hard time spending $20 for bacon and eggs that I can make for $2 at home, but they do have some pretty interesting stuff on the menu that requires more than a basic skillet.
    Thirded!

Venetian has a food court. There are some breakfast items there if you want a quick fix.

The other restaurants that serve Breakfast at VP/Palazzo:
    • Chica
    • Bouchon
    • Sugarcane
    • Spritz
    • Canyon Ranch Grill
    • Casanova
    • Grand Lux
Here's a link to all their restaurants. Menus are available for viewing: https://www.venetian.com/restaurants.html

Got what I assumed was food poisoning off of a quiche and salad at Bouchon. Never again.
