I am their Paiza gold, been their platinum for awhile now. I have very healthy fp offers. I had a recent trip were I got over 30k tier credits...their gold is 40k to reach. Before the trip I was only a few thousand from 40k. So I had a healthy playing trip. I was in vegas for 10 days and needed a room for the end of the trip. I booked another offer and low played them. Last year, my host (no longer there) never had a problem when I did that. He said he knows my play and that he was not worried. When I returned home I found that all my offers online were gone. I literally had like 13 offers there. Just wondering if other v/p players had their offers disappear. Just wondering what other members think. I have always booked online. What was interesting on the trip before the last a director of player development (host) approached me when I was at a machine and introduced himself and said that my old host has left (left a long time ago). I've been booking online ever since the old host left. Now this new guy is on my mailings and emails as my host along with another casino marketing agent. Sorry for the long rant. Thanks.

Never had that happen but i have always played on every offer i booked. I book them online just like you. I'm only Elite though.

Their Grazie Rewards program was recently updated as you know, so the disappearing offers might be something they added into an algorithm to determine your offers. I suggest emailing your Director of Player Development. I bet he could help you out and get your offers back. I seriously doubt they would just turn away a Paiza Gold player so quickly. As you said, they didn't have a problem with it previously. It just might need a human to fix it.

How severely did you short-play relative to your offer and relative to your historic play?
