Now that the July trip is booked and paid for, it's hard not to think about it and plan for it.

So of course, this weekend while I was in Costco, I bought a huge bag of Trail Mix, and the first thought I had was "Hey, I can take some of this on my flight".

Yeah, I got it bad.

I bought the casino players magazine today. Also a small handbook type craps guide. I keep giving my wife trip tidbits and she doesn't really care. I promise she won't be a downer, but she needs to get up for it. If she doesn't, I'll leave her at home and double my gaming stake.

I know the feeling Mikey...I am booked for July 12th staying at Mandalay. I have been there 3 times in the last year. And I even had the notion that I needed to stay away for a while.
And then my buddy Murph drops that he has to go for work and oh by the way, staying at MB! So I'll I need is a plane ticket? How can I pass up that opportunity?
So now it's all about Vegas(again)!!!

We got it bad too!! Hubby came home with the Austin Powers: Goldmember dvd yesterday (after calling me from Walmart to see if we'd seen it yet ) He said he needed a dvd with a wider dolby range or some such--he's still trying to set up his new home theater system (this is why I like things the old fashioned way--plug & play, no adjustments needed

) Anyway, we don't want to watch the movie last night ('cause we're watching the Junkyard Mega Wars on TLC) but he shows me the intro just to let me hear how much better it sounds (didn't notice a difference ) The Austin Powers music starts playing--and right away, we're sitting in front of the Austin Powers slot machine praying for Fembots!!!
