Complimented on how comfortable I look sitting Indian style on the floor. Thanks!
I need so much water and nonalcoholic drinks right now. Bought a water and a Coke Zero.
Also bought a sprinkles cupcake for DH.
Played for about 5seconds and lost the money
It’s time to go home
Thanks for following along! I’ll recap my final thoughts later
So close to that royal! Ugh.
And that chocolate martini looks good! Im still annoyed that I totally forgot to visit Bally's last trip for this bar!
Nice trip you had it was fun to follow along
Loved following along. Are you flying Southwest? I’m also flying SAT to LAS in 3 weeks via SWA. Though I’ve already had a 4 hour change due to a cancelled flight, I’m concerned of another last minute change, due to all the Boeing issues. If you flew SWA both ways, did you have any issues?
They already changed your flight? Wow
I was lucky. I had no issues with either flight
Great trip report! Great fun! Sorry it wasn't a winner, at least financially.
You didn't win gambling wise but you had IMO a seriously winning trip because you had a blast! Next time you'll do both! Thanks for taking us along a super fun ride.
I completely agree! So much quality time with my sister and my friend. This trip is up there as one of my favorite trips
Great report, nice to see your nails held up!! I look forward to the wrap up, always nice to spend time with close family and friends and have a little "alone" time too.........safe travels!
Wow, I LOVE all the food pictures! You had some great looking meals and snacks! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for noticing!
Final wrap up:
There is no doubt I had a winning trip.
The amount of time I got to spend with my sister (I only see usually two times a year) and my childhood friend was priceless.
Brunch at border grill was the best meal! We went from ordering food to drinking mimosas and talking and repeated that a few times. Made for a fantastic, leisurely brunch.
Favorite items were shrimp and grits, steak and eggs, potatoes and lobster corn pancake things. But everything was good, no disappointments.
Because of the amazing Border Grill brunch, we skipped Herringbone the next day to eat a normal brunch... Bouchon! Again, another great brunch. So many good places to eat in Vegas.
Daybed was worth it, just to see how excited my sister was when I told her. It was nice to have somewhere dedicated for us and also get some yummy food and drinks.
The new lobby bar at Ballys made great drinks and had good wine choices! They also have nice stemwear, if that matters to you.
Cosmo room was soooo worth it. I combined their "ditch everyday" promo, used my free sterling night on the expensive Saturday and thanks to Marriott status I got an upgrade.
We ended up watching so many balcony shows from the terrace.
I haven't seen much about Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars so...
It was a fun thing to do for a drink but I probably won't go again (unless LV is making an appearance).
We waited in a line for about 30 minutes at 530pm. There were definitely open tables and we noticed not many people stayed longer than a drink and snack.
Being a fan of her shows, I was also disappointed to find out that most of the flowers there are fake.
My husband may have some Vegas envy hearing about the recap so there might be another trip in my near future. We will see!!
It depends on the day. I've been seeing some people get really great rates midweek.
Mine actually went up after I booked it, glad I locked in at the lower rate!
For what it's worth, I wouldnt go with an upper daybed, I was considering at the lower cost but it would have been a lot going up and down stairs.
And because I didn’t share the normal cat suitcase pic...
She was happy to have me home, ignore the stare haha
Outstanding report and amazing food pictures and drink pictures. You really had an amazing trip!!!
wow. Great trip! What was that beautiful pink drink at LVP? I have to go there, too.
It was her signature margarita. Good and strong!
