Have taken Lyft several times on last 2 trips but went with Uber because of a one time big discount. New Uber app was screwy. Did take driver a long time to pick us up (went wrong way. He said his app showed a different pickup point?? I did see him go by missing the turn). App showed car going all kinds of ways with pickup time changing 15min-3min-5min-14min-2min. App showed the cost due to high demand but NO surge rating. I knew there would be a surge charge. Didn't take time to close out and hail again. Driver was likeable. Online receipt is different than what my credit card charge shows. Even after discount. Trying to contact Uber online with PC and with phone. No 'help' button on trip readout. Can't find number or email to contact. Anyone have this info?
