There are (are use to be) two type TRC buses. One was the deuce and stopped at every bus stop. The other bus stopped only at about 1/3 of the bus stops. What is the name of the bus?

I think the other route that goes from the Strip to Downtown is the SDX

I would also suggest that you check out the RTC's WAX Route. Depending on where you are staying, the WAX is a great alternative. It's only Strip stop is at the Tropicana going to the airport from Downtown, and NYNY cogming from the airport so if you are going to that end of the Strip, it will get you from the Binion's/Fremont stop to the Trop in about 20 min. And it is never crowded. Check the schedule however, it only runs every 45 to 60 minutes. It is a residential route so the fee is $2 and you pay as you board.
