I wish we knew what the general area was since it's not pertaining to gaming, hotels, etc. Is it in the health field, the transportation industry, etc?
I'd like to try again, lol! I read another thread where a poster was advising a Vegas Newbie to drink lots of water, (good advice) and that there ARE NO DRINKING FOUNTAINS IN VEGAS.
Is the answer possibly....Drinking Fountains?

Cellars and basements do exist, but they are uncommon. However, many other cities have them as uncommon as well.
