Just tried a quick hit at bugsys bar. Couldn't recreate the 4 aces like on Monday. Time to head to Bellagio.

No luck at the baccarat bar at the Bellagio. At least the drinks were comped. On to Caesars.

Well, Caesars was ok. Great conversation at the bars. Didn't eat there. More on that soon. Hit a 4oak at a bar that a couple of hookers hit on us years ago. Good time. Made dad a permanent resident of Caesars. Now on to dinner.

Well. Since that hit gambling sucks. Neither one of us can win. I think it is time to finish up the stuff for dad, pack, change and all night it. Gotta be up in 4:30 hours anyway. Push you a big win. Come on!! We gotta get this!!

This loosing sucks! I hate to lose. Ok. New game plan. Don't lose ever again. Now time to change, pack, stay up the rest of the night and don't list. Win, win, win. I don't quit. Winners don't quit. I'm not a loser. I'm gonna win. (Positive thinking works, right?)

Ok. All packed and changed. I'm going to hate myself at 4:30, but time for one last session at TAG.

Who needs a fancy last night dinner in Vegas. The Chicagoans know how to honor someone. Dad, this last night dinner was for you. Sliders and fries.[IMG]

Well, this doesn't look like it will be my trip for gambling. Can't hit shit this last day/night. Guess I go home a loser. Maybe try one more round at the Cromwell before I call it a night.

Ok. At the airport. Feeling a little groggy after no sleep but surviving.

So after dinner we made our way to Bally's, Cromwell and Flamingo. We made dad a permanent resident of each.

Somewhere along that stretch we played some 4 card poker. No luck for either of us. I tried some VP here and there, but nothing.

My cousin went to bed. I packed, liked I mentioned in a previous post, and hit the casino floor for one more try. I played at the Cromwell and Flamingo.

No Earth shattering wins last night, but I did end up winning enough to put me slightly up for the trip. Here is what happened.

I decided I would play 4 card poker to end the trip. Unfortunately there was not a single table with it offered between Cromwell, flamingo, Linq and Harrah's. I figured oh well, I am done for this trip. Then I walked back through the Linq and saw an empty LIR table. Dad's game. You can see where this is headed.

I bought in and kept afloat until I ended up with a flush, I think. Lack of sleep made that first hand cloudy. A handful of hands later, 3 aces. To bad I couldn't hit that fourth. After a dealer change I cashed out.

I hit the room for a quick nap, recount cash, and finish packing. Picket dump showed a little win for the trip. Not the big winner I thought I would be, but I am coming home with my entire gambling bankroll intact and a little bloated. I guess I will take it.

    Great trip report.

My dad used to go to Vegas once a year with my brother and & I. After he passed away, my brother and I took some of his ashes to Vegas. We sprinkled some all around town, including on the casino floor of one of our favorite casinos. Now every time my brother and I go back to Vegas, we are happy to know that dad is not far away from some of our favorite spots.
