The Riviera was a nice hotel, but too far down the Strip. We were in the Monoco Tower, room 6037. Nice room, tiny bathroom. Quite a hike to the casino and exit doors to the Strip. They do not allow cocktail service in their Keno lounge so we played elsewhere. Their pool was very nice and not crowded. However, no shade in the afternoon. They did have cocktail service around the pool, which ran pretty good. However, $10 for a pina coloda. The bus service was not running good, was very crowded, and inconvenient.

Bally's Champagne Sunday Brunch. Worth every penny. Delicious food. We stayed over 2 hours and sampled practically everything.

Commander's Palace $.25 Martini Lunch - Wonderful food, excellant martinis, reasonalbe priced for lunch. There was a set menu in addition to the regular menu, which made it a good deal.

Margaritaville - Great place. I was suprised how good the food was. It was very crowded.

Red Square - was disappointed in the quality of food this time. They also have raised their food and drinks prices. Definatley not worth the money.

Madam Tussauds Wax Museum - We had a $5 off coupon p/p and it still wasn't worth the price.

Titanic the Exhibit - Excellant exhibit. Took over and hour to go through and see/read everything. Very interesting artifacs and history.

Sirens of TI - haven't seen it since it switched over to the women pirates. Actually, they looked more like Strippers. The show looked the same though. We made the mistake of going to Tangerine to view the show. Kinda kill 2 birds with one stone. The nightclub was terrible. Horrid music, very young crowd and $7 for 1 beer. We couldn't hear the show's monolouge due to the loud music.

Riviera Comedy Club - It was OK. The Improve at Harrahs on a previous trip was better. We went to the 8:30 show. No getting drinks after the show started as the people for the 10:30 show were lined up at the bar and the wait was long.

We Will Rock You - Good show. We bought 1/2 tickets and got seats on K Row to the far right. The theater was not full, so once the show started, we moved up to the last row in the middle. We liked Mama Mia better.

Played Roulette for the first time at Casino Royale. $.50 cent chips with $2 minimum. Played several hours over 2 days, but never came out ahead. Had a lot of fun though.

Played Keno at Riviera, Wynne, Harrahs, NY NY and Bally's. Was disappointed that NY NY closed their lounge at 10pm. The cocktail service at Casino Royale, Wynne and Harrahs was excellant.

In all a good time. We knew not to go in July because of the crowds. The heat didn't bother us as bad as the hoardes of people. Couldn't believe how built-up its become since we were their 2 years ago. Took forever, to get from point A to point B. Restuaruant and drink prices have also gone up. I'm sure to help pay for all that new construction. Remember now why we stopped going and started going to AI destinations in the Caribbean. Overall better value.

Nice pics. When I've got some more time gonna check out your New Orleans album.

Keno without drink service? Who's idea was that??
;)

Yes, we purchased the tickets from Gold Star.

Riviera lost all of our casino business due to the no cocktail service policy in the Keno Lounge. We wouldn't stay there again on future trips. Mainly, because the location is too inconvenient.

Glad everyone liked the pics. We are headed to St. Lucia in November.
