Enjoying the report! Keep up those wins!

FWIW I found $5 Craps at Downtown Grand during the day on my trip in May. Might want to check it out when they open their tables back up

If this was @texascane where “80” = $80K, yeah they probably would do something like go to single odds and no comps, if not take out the tables entirely :haha:

Wife got a few hits at El Co. I lost 500 playing craps but have a great time. I like the craps vibe at El Co. They have good box people and always give me a hard time. I appreciate it.

All and all we are up today for sure! Now it’s time for donuts before bed! Tomorrow we drive to Laughlin for one night at Harrahs. F458B91F-5287-4A5A-8A6C-FE73451859B4.jpeg

Nice work and a great day! I cant believe these 15 mins during the week and that may cause me to lose some comp value at the stevens properties

Sheesh, in December 2017, I played $10 craps at The D on a Saturday at 7 PM. If these minimums are the new normal, I might not return to Vegas!

I don't think $15 at The D is going anywhere. (maybe early on a super slow weekday in December you might catch a $10 table) Derek Stevens basically said as much on The Bettor Life Podcast last month. Basically said labor costs are too high to go back to lower limits o_O

Yea but from a revenue standpoint it blows my mind. Empty 15 for hours, or a 10 dollar min that will make people bite?

My wife and I are Blackjack players. We mostly play green chips but we love the ten and fifteen dollar tables. If we get on a losing streak we can always lower our bets and hopefully it will turn around. Many, many times we will sit at a fifteen dollar table here in Tampa and before you know it we are betting $50.00 a hand. I have seen the math explained to me a hundred times on how five and ten dollar tables are not profitable. I just can't buy it. Based upon personal observation the majority of BJ players lose and they lose at least $100.00. I fail to see how it is better to have a bunch of closed or empty tables rather than get people in your door who most likely will lose $100.00 or more. Even if it takes them two hours to lose if you have five people at a table the table is still generating $250.00 an hour, most likely a heck of a lot more. IMHO the casinos know a lot of people won't play at higher levels so they will find some sort of a machine to play so they will still get your money for less cost and effort.

1015 this morning. South pint had 1 $5 and 1 $10crpas table. 30 minutes later our 5 went to 15! We were grandfathered but couldn’t but in for more or we would be pressed to 15. We all left. I lost 200 and walked. The table was empty after that.

Wife lost 500 at slots. Quick bite to eat at their cafe (grilled cheese and pizza slices). Packing up the car to drive to Harrahs Laughlin.

That's ridiculous that you couldn't buy in for more and play.

This is me with craps. I generally am playing as if I'm at a $15 or higher table with most of my bets, but I like having the option to bet smaller if I'm getting killed, or putting a little action on the passline and then the larger place bets. But when the table is $15 by default minimum then its just not the same relaxed feeling.

Fairly boring drive to Laughlin after passing Boulder City, except for Sesrchlight. Long checkin line at Harrahs, which we think was a chartered flight.

Uploading pictures from our riverview room. Time to go exploring as this is our first time in Laughlin! It’s also 111 degrees, which is crazy hot F9A5DC17-6C49-4C47-9641-C8B4C0A99A67.jpeg
