....just wrapped the final night of gambling and did the final accounting, ended up bleeding thru the profits despite low-rolling the last 36 hrs.....lotsa $3/$5 craps, quarter/50 cent video poker....tried to keep separate record of gambling and non-gambling expenses but that got blurred after about day 2. ended up about $159 up but spent about $500 between meals, drinks, tips, cabs, etc so gambling bankroll down $341 per final accounting

also did lots of non-gambling stuff with Darren in town. favorites were downtown and voodoo tonight. we just got silly as all hell and had an f'n absolute blast everywhere we went! Voodoo was fun, $3 craps at golden gate a totally new experience.

thought I might gamble more as scheduling conflicts are pinching into my upcoming trips, but decided to keep it real in case I end up being able to go, need to preserve bankroll.

what a crazy up and down trip, not so much huge up and down swings, worst was down $2,000, best was up $2,500 but I damn sure bounced between those two extremes a lot, was down $2K twice, up $2,500 three times, and ended up almost even. would have booked a win without overtipping and carny bets, but i'm aware of those bad odds and I enjoy playing the occasional hard six, spin of roulette, three card poker, mississippi stud, just for changing it up and taking a shot at a big jackpot. the amount of play I got in was asinine....4 hrs a day is a fraction of the play for this trip.

here's the full album of pics:

....full trip report is sketchy odds cause I got a boatload of work on all fronts which has only increased freakin' exponentially while I was out here.

very happy to get the diamond in a day and really enjoyed the perks like passing the huge line at Rio for Voodoo, got to meet the president of caesars palace. very bummed i've got this other stuff come up that's going to infringe on my use of said lounges!!!!
