Thanks in advance. I host a Small Conference annually in September. Each year we host a Welcome Recption. Last year, our conference was at Paris, and we hosted a reception at Beer Park.

This year we are at Caesars, and I looking at offsite options for our Welcome Reception. We are looking at the Top of Strat & Top Golf this year. However, my dilemma is shuttling them around.

My question is have any of you used a group of shuttles to get a large group of folks around. If so, do you have recommendations on who I should use?

Maybe call the director of sales for each venue and ask for suggestions. I think they might like 100 folks exercising the free money corporate Amex. “We’re at 100-125 folks, what can you do for us”?

Great idea. Depending on where you go and what "package" you get, they may well have a contact for transfers.

I would see check Caesars too since everyone is staying there. The only time I was in Vegas in large group, we used Funjet and they booked Showtime for airport transportation and for our Laughlin excursion. It worked out well. We were able to fit on one coach bus though. Most companies seem to route back to Showtime or Bell. I would check with all your venues but eventually, that's probably who you will be dealing with.
