    My Trip Report

After reading back my first part I saw a lott of typing errors.
So please forgive me for that, but its the best I can do as a Dutchie.

    Day two in Las Vegas
    ---------------------

After waking up this day at about 6.00 AM.(jet lag still is making me get up early)

I could not sleep anymore, so I watched a movie on television and just relax a bit until 7.30 AM.

I still could not believe what we had seen the day before.
I also felt a bitt disapointed about the fact we had to stay in Circus Circus tonight.
Since we get inside al the other Hotels this was not the best you could get.
But still after seeing it Yesterday it was also pretty amazing.

I am also worried what todo about the big scratch which we get on the car yesterday in the parking place.Well I would see what Alamo had to say about it when we get back in Los Angeles in about two weeks.

This morning we went back to the Buffet again, this is a great way to eat in the USA.You will not have it in our place like they do it here.
I eat like a pig this morning my girl says. But the longer we are on this side of the Atlantic Ocean the more hungry I get every morning .....I wonder??

This day is full with spectacular events again. After checking out, which went quickly,
I wanted to see the Star Trek Experience today, because its a must for a Trekkie like me.
And it was everything I hoped for.

We did see a great fountain show before an Hotel called the Bellagio. This seemed to be a five or six star Hotel with the richness dripping of it.

We also went inside the Venetian Hotel, we did see a documentaire about it on Discovery Channel before.
If you ever want to see the most beautiful Hotel in the world, go see this place.
I can not start to explain what they did here.
As I visited the real place in Italy more then once, but they have actual replicas of the buildings, go figer.
Again I have to say they did a great job with this one.
Its only possible in the USA, I can not see who could pull something of like this in Europe.
We try in Europe(look at EuroDisney, the park without a Disney soul).

    They have shops/actual gondola`s/and off course a Casino/Swiming pools.

After asking if they had a room, we did not do it because USD 350,00 a night is a bit to much for us.(editer note : unlike me he did not have Sonya for a reblast code...) [IMG]

We did stay for diner in this Hotel, in a restaurant called the Grand Lux.Let me say even my girl/wive did eat a lott here, man are these portions like in Germany, you can feed 5 people on one portion.Great food, and great service.I even tipped more then the usual 5 dollar here.

It was time to go to Circus Circus and check in.
I was shocked at the line I saw, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes.
The lady at the counter was friendly and gave us the keycard for our room.
THEN NOW A WARNING FOR EVERYBODY WHO GOES TO LAS VEGAS....
When you book a room in a hotel here, you think you go in one of these big Towers, NO..NO.. they put you up inside a small building next to the garbage can.Was I pissed of.

Went back to the Hotel desk stood in line for an additional 30 minutes and asked if this was normal since I was over from Europe I did not wanted to stay in this little place at the back of the Hotel.

She said this was normal at this rate she has given me.We could get a room in the Tower but at to pay an additional USD 30,00.
    per night.

I said this was fine by us and asked here to make the change.

Then we went up to the tower and this was great, we had a nice overlook on things and felt much more secure here.

The friendlyness of people working in this hotel is so great over here, i did not speak to anyone who was grumpy or did not enjoy his or hers job.Even with the place buzzing and crowling with people.

We did not do much more this night and enjoyed ourselves on the hotelroom.(editernote : censur) [IMG]

    End of part two.

The rest will follow if any one is interressted.
