    I haven’t received anything yet. For the January-March one, I didn’t get the first email notice until like 7 days before the New Year.

    It will be in the email, whenever you get it. There won't be a generic opt-in button for everybody; it has to be linked to your account.

    You might also be able to opt in while you're logged into your account, but as of right now, mine is still showing the info/badges from the last one.

    Just relax, unless this is some enormous screwup, you'll get something by the end of the month.

    QUEST FOR REWARDS


    Official Rules

    June 1, 2018 – August 31, 2018

    The Quest for Rewards promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC (“CES”), located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109, and the participating properties identified below under “Participating Properties” (each, a “Property” and collectively with CES, “Sponsor”). The Promotion begins on June 1, 2018 and ends on August 31, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). As used in the Official Rules, “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parents and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies.

    General Rules:

    1. To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participant” or “you”) must be:

    a. A Total Rewards® member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Total Rewards Center, online at www.TotalRewards.com, or via the play by Total Rewards mobile app);

    b. A resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); and

    c. At least 21 years of age (19 in Canada).

    2. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

    a. Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;

    b. Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

    c. The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

    d. Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

    e. Individuals who are excluded from any Promotion Entity’s casino facilities, including through a government program, at such Promotion Entity’s discretion, or at the request of such individual.

    3. Void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

    4. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities if required. Residents of certain states or other jurisdictions may be excluded from participation until Sponsor or its affiliate has received applicable regulatory approval.

    5. All entries are subject to review and verification.

    6. Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

    7. Winners are responsible for all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

    8. Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor reserves the right to change Promotion times in its discretion.

    9. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Sponsor whose decisions are final.

    10. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted at www.TotalRewards.com/QUEST.

    11. Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

    12. Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

    13. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

    14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

    15. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

    16. Prizes and entries are non-transferable.

    17. Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

    18. Need not be present to win.

    19. A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available at www.TotalRewards.com/QUEST during this Promotion.

    20. By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

    21. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded if the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

    22. Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

    23. Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.

    Registration:

    24. To enter, you must first register for the Promotion at www.TotalRewards.com/QUEST. Your spending and gaming activity will not be tracked for this Promotion until you register for the Promotion.

    25. After registering, you can receive entries for the prize drawing (“Drawing Entries”) by earning ‘Badges’ for qualified gaming, Total Rewards® actions and spending at the Properties. You can also receive a Tier Credit bonus (“Tier Credit Bonus”) depending on the numbers Badges you have earned at the end of the Promotion Period. See additional details below under “Tier Credit Bonus.”

    26. If you have registered for the Promotion, you can see a list of earned Badges when logged into your online Total Rewards account at www.totalrewards.com/mytotalrewards. If you have not registered for the Promotion, you will not see any Badges in your online account.

    Gaming Badges:

    27. Participants can earn a maximum of one (1) Slot Badge and one (1) Table Game Badge for gaming activity (“Gaming Badges”) at each Property:

    a. You can earn a Slot Badge by earning at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on slot and video poker machines at one Property during a single Promotional Day.

    b. You can earn a Table Game Badge by earning at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on table games (excluding Poker games) at one Property during a single Promotional Day. A Table Game Badge cannot be earned at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs.

    28. A “Promotional Day” is typically a continuous 24-hour period and varies by Property. See the Property’s Total Rewards Center for details.

    29. During the Promotion Period, you can earn a maximum of two (2) Gaming Badges per Property (one Slot Badge and one Table Game Badge), except for Harrah’s Louisiana Downs where you may only earn one Slot Badge. You can earn a maximum of seventy-one (71) Gaming Badges across all Properties (36 Slot Badges and 35 Table Game Badges).

    30. Tier Credits earned in a Promotional Day do not carry over to the next Promotional Day or across Properties for purposes of earning Gaming Badges. To learn more about Tier Credit earning for gaming activity, visit a Total Rewards Center or www.TotalRewards.com.

    Total Rewards® Badges:

    31. Participants can earn up to five (5) Total Rewards® Badges for qualified actions taken either before or during the Promotion Period. The five (5) Badges and requirements are described below.

    a. Total Rewards Visa® Badge – Current Total Rewards Visa card holders and Participants who are approved to receive a new Total Rewards Visa card during the Promotion Period will receive this Badge.

    b. E-Mail Badge – Participants who have provided a valid email address for their Total Rewards account will receive this Badge.

    c. play by Total Rewards Badge – Participants who have downloaded the play by Total Rewards mobile application and logged in with their Total Rewards account will receive this Badge.

    d. Caesarscasino.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the Caesarscasino.com website and have linked their Total Rewards account will receive this Badge.

    e. WSOP.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the WSOP.com website and have linked their Total Rewards account will receive this Badge.

    Food and Beverage Badges:

    32. Participants can earn up to one hundred ninety-three (193) Badges for qualified spend at approved Food and Beverage Outlets (each, a “Food and Beverage Outlet”) during the Promotion Period. A list of participating Food and Beverage Outlets can be found at www.totalrewards.com/QUEST.

    33. If a Participant spends twenty-five dollars ($25.00) at an approved Food and Beverage Outlet in total during the Promotion Period, Participant will receive the Badge for that Food and Beverage Outlet. Taxes, tips and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spending at a Food and Beverage Outlet.

    34. A valid Total Rewards® card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to Participant’s hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Total Rewards® Card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards the Food and Beverage Badge.

    35. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Total Rewards program will qualify for Food and Beverage Badge spending.

    36. Outlets that are located at a participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Food and Beverage Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating. See Property’s Total Rewards Center or www.totalrewards.com for list of participating Food and Beverage Outlets.

    37. Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Food and Beverage Badges.

    38. Food and Beverages Badges cannot be earned at the following Properties:

    a. Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack;

    b. Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel; and

    c. Harrah’s Louisiana Downs

    Hotel Badges:

    39. Participants can earn up to thirty-one (31) Badges for qualified spend at Property hotels during the Promotion Period (each, a “Hotel Badge”).

    40. If a Participant spends twenty-five dollars ($25.00) on a hotel room stay at a participating Property in total during the Promotion Period, Participant will receive the Hotel Badge for that Property.

    41. Only spending on a hotel room will count towards the earning of Hotel Badges. Food and beverage, entertainment, spa and other non-room spending charged back to room will not qualify. Taxes, tips, resort fees and/or other fees also do not count towards qualifying spending for Hotel Badges.

    42. Participants must check-in and check-out of a Property’s hotel during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive that Property’s Hotel Badge.

    43. Complimentary room nights and purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Hotel Badges.

    44. Hotel Badges for room reservations made after the 22nd of each month may not appear on Participant’s account until the following month.

    45. Hotel Badges may not be earned at the following Properties:

    a. Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack;

    b. Harrah’s Louisiana Downs;

    c. Horseshoe Council Bluffs Casino;

    d. Horseshoe Baltimore Casino; and

    e. Horseshoe Hammond

    Drawing Entries:

    46. Participants will receive one (1) drawing entry for every Badge that is earned during the Promotion Period (each, an “Earned Drawing Entry”).

    47. Participants can also go online to www.totalrewards.com/QUEST to log in and receive up to four (4) Free Drawing Entries (each, a “Free Drawing Entry”) per day during the Promotion Period. Free Drawing Entries will not appear as Badges in Participant’s online Total Rewards® account. Free Drawing Entries do not count towards Tier Credit Bonuses.

    48. At the end of the Promotion Period, your Free Drawing Entries and Earned Drawing Entries will be combined to determine the total number of Drawing Entries received. Maximum of three-hundred (300) total Drawing Entries.

    49. Participants are not permitted to have multiple Total Rewards accounts or to share Total Rewards accounts. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of Drawing Entries by using multiple/different Total Rewards accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void Participant's entries and Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the authorized account holder in its sole discretion. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

    50. No late entries will be accepted.

    51. Entries shall become the property of Sponsor, where applicable, and will not be returned.

    Prizes and Winner Selection:

    52. On or about September 30, 2018, Sponsor will select sixty-one (61) potential prize winners from all eligible Drawing Entries. Prizes are described below:

    a. Fifty (50) winners will each receive choice of a Diamond tier status upgrade for the 2019 program year (February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020) (estimated value of $1,000.00) OR 10,000 Reward Credits (estimated redemption value of $100 USD; redemption value may vary);

    b. Ten (10) winners will each receive 100,000 Reward Credits (estimated redemption value of $1,000.00 USD; redemption value may vary); and

    c. One (1) GRAND PRIZE winner will receive choice of a Seven Stars tier status upgrade for the 2019 program year (February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020) (estimated value of $7,500.00) OR 1,000,000 Reward Credits (estimated redemption value of $10,000.00 USD; redemption value may vary).

    53. Potential winners will be selected by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries.

    54. Estimated total value of all prizes is $22,500.00-$70,000.00 (depending on winners’ prize selections).

    55. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

    56. In case of a dispute over the identity of the winning Participant, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion.

    57. Potential winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final. Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

    Tier Credit Bonuses:

    58. Participants are also eligible to receive a Tier Credit Bonus for earned Badges. For every Badge received, each Participant will receive twenty-five (25) Tier Credits. The Tier Credit Bonus will be added to Participant’s Tier Score for 2018.

    59. Maximum Tier Credit Bonus is 7,500.

    60. Free Drawing Entries obtained by a Participant in the Promotion do not count towards the Tier Credit Bonus.

    61. Tier Credit Bonuses do not count towards Reward Credit balance or promotional Tier Credit earnings and also do not qualify for any Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

    Other Terms and Conditions:

    62. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    63. Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Total Rewards Rules and Regulations available at www.totalrewards.com/rules. A winner’s Reward Credits will expire if the winner fails to earn at least one (1) new Reward Credit every six (6) months. No Reward Credit reinstatements if the Reward Credits expire due to inactivity. Visit www.totalrewards.com for more information.

    64. Potential Winners will be contacted via email or telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor beginning on or about September 30, 2018. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture.

    65. Potential winners must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address. Failure to reply or provide requested information within 48 hours may result in prize forfeiture.

    66. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.

    67. If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will, time permitting, select a new potential winner. All prizes timely claimed will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

    68. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.

    69. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke the Promotion drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this promotion, Participants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

    70. For a copy of these Official Rules or the name(s) of the winner(s) (available after September 14, 2018), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than November 9, 2018 to Caesars Entertainment, One Harrah’s Court, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attn: Total Rewards (Quest for Rewards Promotion). Canadian residents may omit return postage.

    Noticed th link under 24. Takes you to a page that deals with the March quest and says the promotion has ended.. plus the tier credit bonuses seem to only be 25 per badge unlike the 200 per during the prior quest, ugh

    This quest is not near as good as the past tho:

    For every badge you earn, you will receive:

    • A bonus of 25 Tier Credits
    • 1 entry into the prize drawing

    Quest Bonus Level! Total Rewards members who earn 55 - 81 Badges will get:
    • A bonus of 400 Tier Credits per each additional badge
    • Two (2) entries per each additional badge in the Quest for Rewards prize drawing



    Last year it was a bonus 200 tier credits per badge you earned... now it is only 25.

    The new QFR seem aimed more at dining than gaming. $125 coin in in a casino slot will yield a 25 TC badge. But for dining, $25 at any of 193 meal places will earn a 25 TC badge. Since I eat anyway, it makes sense to eat at 3 different places per day since most tabs are over $25, that'll be 3 dining badges a day for 75 TCs.

    The new QFR is not the best at all. But there is also the Silverstate Multiplier promotion for June to double all earned TCs. And I just noticed another June Promotion that has no particulars yet called "Sizzlin Summer Bonus" - it's a bonus for reaching an individualized target goal...But they have yet to detail it out.

    It's not the worst, but definitely disappointing, as Patman said. There's little real incentive to visit multiple properties. I see it sort of how Diamond sees it, and that's that it's aimed at The Diner. Charge to your room, get the TCs, get 'em doubled if you're in Nevada next month, and with the Quest-lite you can top off whatever goal you're pursuing. Useless to me, though.

    So for the gambler there is the Silver State doubler and for the foodie or bar person concert person the quest. Not going to go casino hopping but will take what they give.

    I'm just disappointed because for the second quest last year hitting 8 Vegas properties (didn't go to Rio) and getting a slot badge and a table game badge at each got me 4800 bonus TC's. This year that will get you 400 bonus TC's. That's a big difference in TC's to have to make up to hit diamond again this year.

    Last year $150 dining spend would get you 200 TC bonus. If you do exactly $25 at 7 places this year that will get you 150 TC bonus so not too much different. And if you go to a lot then as stated for foodies this can actually be better.

    The Silver State doubler seems to be excluding Canadians although it still did let me sign up so we will see if I get anything.

    I won't complain too much as the 1st quarter quest along with the Feb Fever promo was much better than what was given last year. But I was hoping the second quest would also be better so I could hit 25k TC's to keep complimentary diamond lounges.

    They have been taking it up and down all day.
    It was listed under promotions on the main total rewards site. they also lists the "Sizzlin Summer Bonus" for June yesterday.
    Both of these promo's have been taken off the promotions page for links.

    As of right now the page I posted takes you to the upcoming quest information page but there is no mention of registering now. Just info on the upcoming quest.

    Caesars apparently didn’t give this much thought. I was going to take another trip to AC if the quest was with the 200 TCs per badge, now, however, I really don’t see any incentive to drive 3 hours and change each way for this. Perhaps a lot of people will go anyway but I know I won’t.

    If I really need to gamble I’ll drive 20 mins to the mgm national harbor. Very short sighted on CET’s part since regular gamblers do indeed pay attention to good promos.

    From 'Prizes and Winners' section: 57. Potential winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final. Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

    Curious - curious - any idea why this applies?

    the skill testing questions are usually something similar to 10+5 = ?
    Not a big deal for this Canadian.

    Any scoop on if there will be a Quest in the fall? My play in June might depend on if they do. I am trying to keep Diamond, but with the paltry rewards with this Quest, I may not.
