Yes! I am sincerely looking forward to presenting my case before the VMB's Downtown Parole and Reinstatement Commission at that time. I turn 60 this year and though I know age alone isn't gonna get me there, I have begun to read-up and have calmed-down on my comments. My goal is to be a "model" VMBer and live in peace & harmony with my downtown brethren! My goal is to be cleared before the opening of 18 Fremont!

Well, if it takes 5 years to complete you will meet minimum age requirements. If bringing your wife along for the ride make sure the blue hair is properly coiffured. But you should be on top of the waiting list by then.

Thanks for the props. Back to regular scheduled programming

Radio silence due to no free wifi at the Golden Gate. $10 for the day. Across the street is the William Hill Book. They quit giving out the password. Password: G0andW1N muwhahahah

The GG quit handing out earplugs so they gave me an "Inside" room. View from 2nd floor room. No noise issues.

Garbage Pail from the GG BBQ truck. Just "OK". Meats (can't say 'piled' ) on top of homemade chips. Needs more BBQ sauce. Bourbon not included in final cost.

$100 buy in at GG Craps and walked away with this. Two guys and myself had real good rolls. Played Pass and $10 or $12 Place Bets. Interestingly not many 4's or 10's hit. 9's seemed to be the bread and butter. Collect a couple wins then press, collect, press, whatever I felt at the time. Had a later session here but only left with $300.

    You have been dethroned.

It's a bitch getting the White-Out in perfect rectangles.

Is it really a coincidence that Sting wrote "King of Pain" and played "Feyd" in the movie "Dune"?

Pizza Rock is good but I didn't want to walk over there with a perfectly good Pop Up Pizza right here. A little well done, these two slices were excellent. And that's not just the beer talking. The packaged parm cheese was good quality.

Good news! The Plaza put in some big slot machines!

Bad news- The Plaza removed half the Sports Bar to put in some big slot machines
Good luck getting a drink during peak operations. Please add some CW's.

That's a bonkers club royal, but I am confident there are materially better progressives than that downtown given it is 8/5 JOB

Thursday was my last night in town. Awesome hockey game despite the outcome. I was watching in the room when I got a Security Check because my DND sign was on the door for more than 24hrs.

4Q has a June Free Play promo- Every 100 points gets you $10 in FP. I earned 500 points so I got $50 in FP in which I played quite awhile with a few quads and several Full Houses. I earned another 200 pts during that so I got another $20 FP which I promptly blew. I also accumulated more comps so I cashed out $14 and have $13 in food. I think they do that on purpose to get me back there. 4Q only sends me reduced rate offers. Should be interesting to see what I get now..

I ended the night chasing that Club RF.

Same as it ever was, same as it ever was

New video screens on all 3 Stages. Alter Ego doing a sound check. Buzzkill in 3...2...1..

Looking forward to "Alter Ego" I find they blocked off most of the stage area for some catered private shindig.
With no good view I didn't hang around and I hope the area they restricted filled up because it was more room than they needed. It was a mess crossing that area in front of the Nugget.

For us Road Warriors the I-11 Boulder Bypass opened a stretch in front of the Rail Road Pass Casino and the transition between the Hacienda and the dam.
Southbound you get two exits to South 95 so if you miss the new one the old one is still there.
You still have to travel through Boulder and make the left turn at the light.

Thanks for following. Hopefully I can get a trip or two in during football season and continue my Reign.

It probably rivals their 9/6 DDB bartop progressive in that state. I'm too lazy to run the numbers though. 8/5 Bonus at the Vue Bar seems to be the most solid progressive downtown from others' trip reports. DTG Aces w/kicker gets up there too.

    Nice report @Bungadin!
