Was curious about the question how easy it is to enter pool areas at places you arent staying at, particularly the ones that dont have gaming tables within the pool areas.

btw, I believe I heard (confirmation welcome) that you cannot charge to enter a place of gambling, so you should be able to stroll up and into any Vegas Pool with gambling there for free.

Correct, it's a Nevada state law, you cannot charge people to gamble. Also, that hop bet, you taught me a valuable lesson, also hop the point!

please allow me to shamelessly plug my (IMO underviewed) ridiculously-slow-but-still-in progress (I have notes) trip report:
    https://www.vegasmessageboard.com/forums/index.php?threads/7-29-7-31-2-nights-1br-cosmo-terrace-fountain-view-8-1-cal-ending-with-33-hours-run.164672/

Eventually I will expound on the craps run, including Jerrys, however, I cannot take the blame for being unwilling to hit Chicas Bonitas across the street.
P and I agree you said the exact words in that clip "We are going to die", after sincerely apologizing for the idea. It didn't turn out that bad at all, did it?
And speaking of too many pockets it was a win and a loss finding another $106ish of Jerrys Chips in a pocket,
Win cause it was over a hundred bucks,
Loss because in my rush to cash them and get back to the waiting lyft, I did not pocket the $1 chip for my collection :bang::cuss:

No, *WIN* because you have an excuse to go back for pie, a $1 chip, and a trip to the Palomino.

    great report.
tons of good pics, that is what I like in a TR.
I wonder if the pool at DTG has thinned out since they started charging for non-guests. it used to be full when it was wide open to everyone.
always more people at the pool than I have ever seen in the casino.
Plaza pool is nice for downtown.
next time you will have to check out Binion's, the pool is nothing special but the view cant be beat. 25th floor.
I like your style, you know how to have fun! though not hard to do in Vegas.
