TMaas' Quest for Rewards

Just got back from Vegas.

Had already hit the 2 Council Bluffs locations for those rewards.

Had some time to kill in Vegas, was a nice day, so I decided to work my way up/down the strip, collecting my 25 credits and then moving on. Had a pocket full of basketball wagers, so wanted to watch those as I made my "quest".

Decided to play Bar-Top DDBVP so I could get a drink or two, and stop when at 25 credits, so I could keep accurate total of what the 25 credits cost me. Here's my Vegas quest, in order....

All locations (7/5 paytable, except Crom)

Harrahs. +$15. 2 drinks.
PH +50. 3 drinks.
Paris +0. 2 drinks.
Ballys +25. 2 drinks.
Cromwell. -50. Sat on the floor.....no waitress....nothing. 0 drinks. Note (8/5 paytable)
Flamingo. +25 2 drinks
Linq. +0. 2 drinks
Caesars -75. 1 drink

Hit up 8 joints. Cost me $10....but got that back in drinks. Took about 5 hours. I didn't waste much time.

Was going to do the Rio...but lost interest.

Probably ruined my ADT....but who cares. I've made other places home, and use CET only locally and for an occasional free room in Vegas. 7/5 DDB??? Are you kidding me???

Pretty good results on the Quest. We had the same issue at the Cromwell with the lack of a cocktail waitress on the floor. The poker area by the high limit is really bad in the mornings.

Thanks for the update, but why were you sitting on the floor at the Cromwell? Hard to get drink service that way. Sit at a poker machine next time!! Just kidding, of course.

Genreally the service is glowing at Cromwell according to the forum. But I could see it being slow off peak. It was adequate at the 99%+ VP bank ($50/point and no DDB) at about 4am the one time I got drinks on the floor.

And you still got 200 TC for the day tmaas. You earning a lot more than that in a day locally? And yes CET bartops suck and have for about 2 years. It is still 8/5 DDB at TAG Lounge at Linq and certain Rio bars.

LOL. I'm really not sure....just walked in the back door and sat down at the first machine I saw that paid 8/5 for DDB. I was so shocked to find that after playing CET's 7/5 games for the last few stops, I guess my body just told me to grab the seat before something changed!!!

Trig....good point. I was neglecting to acknowledge that CET combines play....I will be able to absorb the 200 TC day with minimal issues. Thanks for the reminder!
