If you went against my picks congratulations you made money!
What was my kiss of death in the contest was too many 1-4 and 2-3 weeks.
By week 8 had 20 losses.
And just kept free falling in the 2nd half.
    Final record was 37-45-3.
But I had a 4-1 the first and final week.
Those I think are the toughest weeks of the schedule.
But when the entry was on The Westgate's dime that eased the sting.
    Would I play again?
Yes, but when you win an entry you get spoiled on paying for one.
    As for 2017, we'll see.

Thx for keeping us posted during the season I checked every week hoping you could hit a 18-2 run and score some cash. Personally I find the NFL to damn hard to handicap and therefore limit my plays to 2-3 a week. Best of luck next year

The entry was won in a contest of picking Super Bowl props via an app called Gambilino.
    App no longer in operation.
Highest score won an entry into contest along with 2 night hotel stay @ Westgate

Your profile doesn't say where you are from so not sure if you (or someone) will know the answer. On their website it says the picks have to be made in person but that a proxy can do it for you. How exactly does that work? Are there companies/individuals that will serve as the proxy for a fee? Or is it mostly locals that enter?

    Thanks

You need to hire a proxy if you are not a NV resident.
The one I used cost 300 dollars.
This is the proxy i used: http://www.footballcontest.com/
This proxy service handled almost half of the entries and on Sunday had a drawing for a 2017 Super Contest entry and proxies for the 2017 season
4 individuals won proxy service for 2017.

Yeah, no kidding. Archie (or someone) said that his proxy guys handled half of the guys in this event. 900 people at $300 per, the website of the proxy guys made it sound like it is a 2 man operation, so $270k split 2 ways for 17 weeks of work, not bad at all. Sure, keeping track of 900 entries is not easy but still.

The proxy service sounds like a mob operation ... the more I think about it the entire Super Contest seems like a mob operation. Tony the Ant is probably counting the loot right now. :poke:

A spreadsheet with 90 entrants listed vertically,(10 sheets is 900) teams chosen along a horizontal with each entrant. Once the weekly match ups are made, copy and paste makes it simple. It can be done ahead of time as horizontal is limitless for the 17 weeks.

For 135K$'s each you can take your time for accuracy. All required of you is accuracy of picks. Give a reasonable deadline of Friday? Via email perhaps and pull an allnighter to make the posts.

For that amount of money if this didn't work something would. And of course if you win a tip is expected. Haha
