Day 1: Decided to work half a day so as not to upset my upcoming review Mizzkittie and I decided to take a bus to Vegas...though my snobbish ways almost didn't allow me to partake in such transportation, the price was just too good to pass up...$16.50 roundtrip per person. After a really, really long bus ride, we finally saw the bright lights of Sin City

Haidy picks us up and takes us to her fabulous condo...right off the strip! This is the first time that I do not stay in a hotel, but seeing as how we have our own room and bathroom, I was completely OK with it.

We begin to get ready and start our "going out" ritual, which consists of music, dancing around and liquid refreshment...

We arrive at Jet around 12:45a and are inside by 1a. It was such a blast...girls night out, met tons of cool people...though mostly were from LA

Finally stumble in around 7:30a, as we had to go grab food, talk, etc.

Day 2: Slept the entire day...literally, we weren't functional until 3p. Granted, we had planned on doing nothing. We shower, get dressed and head over to Fremont Street...as I wanted to gamble a bit, but not on a table with high set minimums.

That night, mizzkittie was super grumpy...so we told her we would leave her there if she didn't get happy We met haidy's roommate's brother at some local jive bar who were watching the Argentina soccer game....good times...they bought us drinks, had tons of laughs , and finally headed out to Moon @ the Palms around 11:30p. Get there...and walk around the place, which I thought was really nice, but I wasn't "feeling" it, so I head down to the Playboy club. Much more my scene as it is mainly drinking, gambling, and lots 'o guys :banana:

Day 3 - Bus leaves at 1p, started talking to our neighbor who was also on our Friday night's bus and he was there for a bachelor party. We both decided the weekend was great, but way too short.

Highlights -
Me dancing on the strip pole at Jet
Bus ride back home where lightning hit 3 feet away from our bus, and mizzkittie nearly falling out of the bathroom b/c the bus rocked so hard, which in turn, made me nearly pee my pants b/c I was laughing so much.
Me having to buy a pair of the world's UGLIEST shorts b/c i spilled my soda all over me.

All in it was a great weekend, but now I'm looking foward to my Wynn stay.

Short and sweet! It doesn't matter how posh you like your Vegas--$16.50 roundtrip can't be beat!

Any lady who can combine public bus transportation and pole dancing in a single trip is cool in my book.

$16.50 for the bus ride is a damn good price. The best part is you can rest on the bus ride back and there is no driving in that nasty traffic while you're super hung over.

You should definitely come out for NSF. We'll have a great time. If you can't make it maybe the next time you're in town you and I could meet up for a drink or two, or six...

Holy Crap! I just checked that site out. $1 from San Diego to Los Angeles, $1 from LA to Vegas. $4 round trip! 10 hour bus ride for $4 or 6 hour car ride for $90 round trip? hhmmmm....... Thanks Angel! I love options....

They sure do, and only to be pleasantly suprised...it was CLEAN! Not too bad actually...but ladies, no seat covers.

Buses are brand new tour like buses...reclining seats and foot rests.

6 hours to vegas from Union station in downtown la....5 hours to la from vegas bus terminal next to UNLV (on Tropicana Ave).
