That white stuff is very pretty. Down here in Florida we had thunderstorms early this morning and expect the temps to drop tonight to 38 or 39F. That is cold for us. Next week things return to normal for daytime highs which is low to mid 70's this time of the year.
Friday was nice enough to put the top down on my car.
Only -13 here right now in MN. On the bright side, I finalized the next trip to LV earlier this week. Can't come soon enough to get out of this tundra.
20 degrees here ,expecting 7 in. We were in AC last night didnt expect this today. Got on the road by 10:30 this morn drive was slow but we only had 30 miles to get home..Could have stayed over but one night here is enough.Talked to a lady from Long Island NY,going home today .Felt sorry for her and hubby, thats a long drive even in good weather. .
Here in shitty Michigan we are in 10's as well. Least we don't have snow metro Politan area but next week temps should reach 30s or 40s. I will take that!!!!
Here in NE PA...it is now 12..I just got 3 ton of coal @ $210a ton. It should get me thru winter shutting off the heat around April...I'll still have a ton or so for next year IF it doesn't get real cold...
We were in a bit of a snow drought but it's effing cold. Below freezing for a couple days now. On the bright side, they are predicting a warmup - hello 30s!
Brutal. I have flights on 3 consecutive days (two SW with a JetBlue non-stop in the middle) booked for my trip at the end of next week. Out of 8 winter trips, I've ended up booking a same or next day flight twice in order to beat a storm, and both times my originally scheduled flight got cancelled.
We had couple days of light snow up here in NW Wisconsin.
Sounds like we're heading back into the deep freeze for a couple of days.
They're predicting 34 degrees F for Sunday. We'll see!
Snapped this neat pic while on my shoveling break this afternoon!
We had record snowfall in Portland, Oregon on Tuesday. At my house we got 12 inches of snow between 6pm and noon on Wednesday. If it has got above freezing since it's only been for a hour or so. At 11 pm tonight it is 12 degrees. Depending on the news station you watch, it might be Monday before we get above freezing again, then on Tuesday it's supposed to rain and hit 50 degrees so we may see flooding.
