Michael Arrington made an appearance at The Bronx Wanderers Tuesday and gave us tickets to see his show Wednesday afternoon. I had heard about it and looked into buying tickets, but we had looked forward to a pool day and nap as we were on a red eye that night.

But with our comp tickets in hand, we left the pool early and went to the show. SO GLAD WE DID!!! I remember and I loved Paul Lynde - his snarky sarcasm always made me laugh. Paul Arrington does a GREAT job of capturing and sharing not only Paul Lynde's attitude and humor, but also tells the story of his life.

If you can get a good buy on the tickets (not sure I'd pay full price) I absolutely do recommend this for an afternoon show. We had a great time.

But did he touch on the gay hustlers and death by overdoing poppers?

    Now THAT'S entertainment

Where does one go to see the show? A casino in Las Vegas?...oh, Caesars. Does it qualify for a diamond level free show?

Paul Lynde could deliver a eulogy and make it funny.
What a crazy life he lead.
I remember some award show on TV - he
was in the audience, drunk, and heckling the MC.
I guess, it was "live" because he was obnoxious, not funny - and
it wasn't "cut" from the show.
Loved him singing "Ed Sullivan" in Bye Bye Birdie !

Saw the Paul Lynde Show. I loved the guy and his sharp humor. my husband liked the show but I thought it was a C-. The star of the show does a good immitation of Paul but screwed up a few jokes and was forgetting where he was in the monologue at times. Even the band was laughing as they were helping him out. free tix to Lynde were given out during The Bronx Wanderers just to fill the very small venue.
