Mikey, all I can say is WOW! You must feel like you are living in a dream.

If you are dealing poker on the strip in November, I hope we can see you -- I've been telling my husband the Mikey stories so we both have got to meet you for real, no just across the casino floor next time. Love ya!

Hey Guys, glad you enjoyed the report and the pics...

The Tom Jones Impersonator was pretty dang good--he pulled off the voice really well, and even had the cheesy dance moves from the early years. It was pretty funny wandering around with him, because I'd say nine out of ten people thought it was really Tom Jones. I even showed the picture to the waitress at the Orleans early in the morning, and she thought it was him, too.

I think he gets away with it because the real Tom Jones doesn't have a famous face like Elvis, the Beatles, or even Wayne Newton.

It was a lot of fun, though...

And my toe isn't hurting nearly as bad, 24 hours later...I can almost walk without a limp now...

Mikey too damn funny. Sorry we didn't get to see you after Wednesday night. We'll catch up with you later this summer or during the Xmass holidays. I can't let the wife see this post or she'll never agree to me going to vegas alone. How is your foot? Were the 'straws' ever utilized in any of the debauchery?

There's too many punch lines for that, I can't pick just one.

Man, just 'cuz you're hosting board folks, you don't have to go all John Kruk...

I gave my left toenail for this board

Sounds like a lot of fun! I wish I was able to have made the get together- just things got hectic and we never made it over there. Maybe next time. Glad you all had such a great time. Great pics!

    interesting..

I was one of the 'other' girls at the meet, but left for rest (wasn't feeling well)and asked Tonya to call when they decided where they were going out for the evening. I never got the call.. I guess Mikey had all he could handle!

Mikey.. you were the second person to lose a toenail, yikes.

I saw that Tom Jones is going to be at MGM during my trip in October. Tickets start at $70, though, more than I would pay. Now if you were talking George Strait or Diamond Rio .... Now if I could get some $25-$30 tickets, I would definitely go see TJ !!!

I saw Tom Jones almost by accident. he was performing at a multi-band event right around when he released his remake of Prince's "Kiss". I'd heard his music before (the older stuff), but just thought he was some washed up old musician.

Then we saw him, and he was awesome. He was the best performer of the night, hands down! I'd pay 70 to see just him in Vegas without hesitation. We had such a great time while he was performing. The entire crowd we saw him with was just as excited as we were with TJ's performance. And, this was a crowd of mostly 17-25 year olds in the early/mid 90's. I'll never forget his performance. One of the all time classics!

I hear he doesn't like the panties being thrown on stage anymore though. I read that on some site somewhere.

    Nice report Mikey...

Let the record reflect I was one of the "sober" enough people to take my party back to where we started. And I never actually "fell" off the train....I was pulled off by the derailed person...

What the hell happened to your toe? It wasn't me!

    Trip report coming soon.

We named Thursday night "Good Times" and left it at that....

What a guy won't do to save a little money

Tonya, I think he is just trying to save 10% on his next pedicure.
