Let's brighten the spirits around here. What is the first thing you are gonna do the next time you are in Vegas?

Me - play slots in the airport just because and take a photo by the welcome sign because I never have

After checking in at Gold Coast, I'll have dinner at Noodle Exchange. Kung Pow Chicken. It's what I do and I see no reason to change.

Once I get to Cosmopolitan, I'm gonna plunk down at the vp/keno machines near the giant buffalo machine, with a view of both the sports book and the Chandelier, and order a sidecar! I was playing there for a long time during the LSU/Clemson game (disclaimer - I know zilch about sports). The sports place was on fire! I thought it was silly; grown men in their 60s jump up and down when whoever scored what, but now that we have no sports, it will be nice to see that enthusiasm again.

A low strip trip? Could be….
Using up comps walkabout! Fingers crossed!

I'm definitely staying at Mandalay for part of my trip next time, so intending to drive down to the sign on my scooter one day.

First thing I'll do next trip is Eataly, as Nomad is my first stop, be it June or December.

Toss my crap in the room and basically run to my usual VP spot. Then proceed to get hammered drunk in record time.

Go see my friends that work at The Venetian. They're the primary reason I go to Vegas these days. Even though we text each other, the thought of not seeing them for a while is upsetting.

No concrete plans yet. However, I plan on being a one man stimulus package for the Vegas economy.

I don't anticipate doing anything different than what I normally do, I'll just appreciate it a whole lot more.

If my last few trips are any indication, I'm going to check into my hotel, throw my stuff in the room, look at myself in the mirror to find a travel-frazzled mess and decide it doesn't matter. Then I'll probably head to Chandelier to meet up with some VMBers for much needed fancy cocktails, conversation and laughs. I can't wait!

Try to stay awake past 9 pm. A 10 hour or more flight time to get there definitely puts a dent in the arrival day's activities. It can be a few hours longer if we aren't direct. The later we can stay up on the first day, the sooner we get to be on Vegas time.

After landing, after arriving at The Mirage, I am going to stand in the middle of the casino screaming at the top of my lungs “ I’M BACK ” and do my little happy dance :woohoo:
