Blackjack...then and now, ever since the early 80s... I still play 3-card and Tx Hold Em Bonus just about every trip...probably about 10% of my play. I'll be trying UTH this next trip.
I love craps, but I have a rule that I only play it when I'm up $300+. I played last trip at the El Co and had a blast! Won a few hundred too.

It's easy! And yes, I admit I'm a cheapskate gambler!

I play mostly penny slots lately, sometimes VP nickel or quarter. The absolute most I'm really comfortable playing is quarter VP 5 coins.

For slots I'll usually do one coin per line. I can have just as much fun doing that than maxing it out. For example, Texas Tea at 9 cents per spin is a lot of fun! Yes, a $20 will last seemingly forever on something like that even when it's not paying well.

One thing I do find annoying is that many of the newer machines have lower minimums (minima?) where, say, the absolute minimum spin is anywhere between 40 and 60. When I made the mistake of making a special trip to the Rivers Casino when I was in the Chicago area, that was what they had, plenty of "penny" slots which were very expensive to play and did not pay well. Two $20s went **POOF** and that was the most I was comfortable losing that evening. :(
